Hey Smug, a tip for 3S, just before you hit the ground after a knockdown, if you tap down (or you can just spam it, you don’t have to time it) you’ll do a quick rise. You’ll get up faster and do a little roll backward, which creates space, and you’ll even build a little meter for doing it. It’s good to know because some setups don’t work on quickrise. Hope that helps, and I’m excited to see you keep learning 3S!
If Kara demon works with all 3 forward buttons, up forward, forward, down forward. I’m guessing the same could apply to to quick rise. Down back, down, down forward and back again. I haven’t played in 7 years but still watch the game. Though watching It , brings me joy.
Man u pickin up dudley in 3s pretty quick. If you incorporate short short super in your meaty setups can be more of a threat and of course u can also add this to the rose setup. You can keep them guessin if you mix all this up with overhead super on oki.

Haven’t finished the video yet, but I’m pretty sure you have to make sure you go to neutral before hitting forward for a parry/red parry. So obviously timing it is hard, but sometimes people will have the right timing but go straight from crouch to forward. Make sure you reset the stick to neutral in between the town back and the forward inputs..

Good stuff. One thing you should try to incorporate, if you get an air reset (from an air to air j.fierce, or antiair cr.hp) You can reset into ducking super. Only thing is they can definitely parry it, but you can also try to screw up their timing by delaying the super a little. Also, against those Akuma tatsus, they can definitely mixup the HK and MK tatsu to screw up your timing, the MK tatsu is more minus so you can definitely punish that very hard. But both can easily be supered, I saw you do it once in the set.
Bait the DP with a jump in and parry it while you're in the air; easy way to close distance against shotos. Akuma is a low-HP character, force him to commit to his offense, then be ready with your punishes. The more life advantage you have on him, the more offensive you get, apply pressure and make him regret picking Akuma. Against Akuma specifically, air parry is going to be your best weapon... also, cross-counter when he does overhead, it will get you out of the corners.

I was like wtf that's why you kept doing that I thought he was just trolling me. Since he would also taunt with Dudley, Alex and Sean. Sean the basketball and Dudley the rose so that made sense
