    I kind of don't believe it's legit because if it's legit, the price would be higher because of the location. People should exercise caution and be wary of scammers, as they everywhere nowadays

      It’s 4,000 cedis ($265 usd) monthly which is the going rate for this area. I’ve been traveling back and forth to Ghana for the past 16 years and I’m pretty familiar with the going rates. But it is also true that you have a lot of scammers
