John Hill making videos titled “How I did X” with his face in the thumbnail when he’s actually talking about and interviewing someone else just seems completely dishonest, even for a TH-cam title/thumbnail and also sort of disrespectful to the people he’s interviewing.

#1 reason is their ramps are almost all perfect in every measurement, and super simple to build and keep accurate.

Sucks about those tightening margins. Could be the downfall over a medium-long time line without something to balance out, or skaters simply paying more. Wish Keen ramps all the best. Its tough to turn what you love into a paying job.

As somebody who's worked in fabrication and also looked at the price of keen ramps products I can tell you the answer is simply overcharging for labor and supplies then handing off the shipping cost to the customer. They simply sell something for something for much much more than it's parts are worth. And don't tell me it's labor intensive, these ramps are about as simple as assembly can get.
