That cop was respectful asf!! Love to see it.
He was just excited to look at the DDE car! Definitely a car lover.
Imagine complimenting a literal armed terrorist BY LITERAL DEFINITION. SLAVE
That's not a "cop". That's armed response. They only deal with serious issues, and should be respected.
He’s a typical English bro. The standard of communication is much higher there

there is police brutality in the UK too but not nearly as much as the US. If you look up police misconduct in the UK you will find a bunch of stuff. I like the idea of having unarmed officers but I don't think it would work too well here in the states.
That guy has totally wrecked his voice screaming "ARMED POLICE" over and over 😅
You ever heard them scream it I thinks it fair surprised he even has a voice left
😂😂 got me

My man’s took “Speak softly and carry a big stick” to heart.

@GrandHunter595 it's a quote from teddy Roosevelt. He was likely referring to weapons of any kind. Thanks for coming out.
Hey we never said you Americans didn't have good ideas 🤣❤️
I like the fact that the cop was so chill and nice and optimistic at the same time😊
He’s not a cop he’s an officer friend
He seems like a nice guy, but this is gloating.
That just means he's not American lmao
@Mr.Voysey to be pedantic he is probably a Constable
That training though!!!!
Keeps level with the guy in the blue shirt, doesn't let him get behind him and also holster checks his pistol, all with without thinking. Unreal.
Good eye. When he moved to his side he backed up to keep him in view as well as watched his hands.
Damn good catch
Damn!!, here I am just thinking yeah they're just some real easy going cops, meanwhile theyre in battle mode the whole time. He even watches his hands and feet as the guy's moving around
Mad isn't it, and it's so natural, just engrained training. The other subtle thing is he keeps one hand on the rifle at all times, he keeps switching which hand but watch how one hand doesn't leave the weapon without the other securing it.....which is insane because like me he talks with his hands alot.
@@yanceyboyz His "positive control of the weapon" was what I noticed. That's something the LARPers never do.
That cop should try and voice Winnie-the-Pooh

Lol!!!
It’s all the shouting they have to do lol
That actually made me laugh out loud. Good stuff.
He probably was shouting “get on the ground! Don’t f**king move!” earlier in the morning.
Its supposed to be, the ones who have the most power, are the ones who have earned the ability to control it. This guy is legit
Anyone notice the way he didn't let that guy get behind him and redirected him back to his buddies? Well played.
Yeah super subtle and very chill but firm.
Yeah British armed police are hella professional. If they show up with the lights on, something has gone badly wrong. For you.
Yeah our guys are strong game - most of them are ex armed forces which is really cool because so many veterans never really adapt to civilian life again, but via the police their healthcare priorities are VERY good especially as armed responders

you can still respect the opposition, even if they occasionally chase you.
To get armed response you have to be one of the better cops and most importantly be very chill and mentally stable. No surprise they're pretty much always really friendly and nice to talk to.
And then you actually have to get significant training. Our police force isn’t perfect but fuck I’m glad I’m not in America, some trigger happy psychos over there
Does this mean the non-armed police are not mentally stable?

They're the rozzers you don't want to piss off 😂
Notice the cop backs up with the guy in blue.
He never let him get his back. Thars some drilled in training almost instinctual.
Not only does he back up with the blue, he also instantly checks his holstered sidearm when the guy came closer.
All British police are taught these skills, never let anyone get behind you and protect the backs of your colleagues. He's a firearms specialist so also sidearm checks at the same time. The British police are very highly trained and practice these behaviours all of the time they are working, it's how they stay safe.
Armed Response are ALWAYS so much nicer than regular police!
He sounds so incredibly polite. The most disarming voice
that's a broken voice
That voice probably has disarmed a few people screaming armed police get on the floor don’t move
British policing is done by consent with the general public. The goal of the British police is to protect and uphold the law so our policemen and women almost always interact in the way this chap is doing so. I recall asking a British policeman for directions in London and my American colleagues were shocked by me doing this and how friendly and polite the policeman was.
Watch as he covers his pistol sidearm as the Canadian guy moves behind/near him.. when the Canadian waves his hands towards the coppers direction he again covers his pistol area .....all to prevent himself from losing his weapon....
I spotted that too. He also instinctively move back in line with him, stopped when he did
Dayum I never would have noticed that. Thats training I assume. To keep that discipline even in a situation that clearly wasnt threatening is impressove to see. You can see his eye looking at the guy in the blue shirt as he walks around to his side
He wouldn't lose his sidearm anyway as in the UK armed police and military have there sidearms attached to a bungee cord but yeah most likely training kicking in
His rifle control was on point as well. Always one hand on it.
Yeah that’s pretty sweet. In a chilled conversation like this and still remembers the training I’d easily forget to remember the little things.
So good, to see a level interaction. Both sides so relaxed.
Loves these guys
Almost as well armed as the average Texan.
But much better trained lol
A very good friend dresses like this. Hes an armed guard for the met police guarding downing street. He comes out with us on our motorcycling trips. Hes the one with the smallest number plate and loudest exhaust 😂😂
99% of traffic/AFO's are car enthusiasts and are pretty chill unless you piss them off, if any officers are reading this, jobs fucked. 🚔🚑
It’s too fucked these days mate; not surprised retention is at an all time low
As a Brit I must admit our armed response are tooled up like no other cop. Highly trained in state of art training centres and also trained by SAS
Most plod trained to carry firearms are idiots. I shot at a local clay pigeon club that had two firearms trained coppers as members. I left because they handled shotguns unsafely. Thought they were gods gift!, idiots. And remember Wayne Couzins & David Carrick were cleareed to carry firearms! ,,, wake up FFS!!!
The SAS does NOT train armed response units of any British police force. Stop making shyte up.
British armed police are not trained by the SAS. They are entirely different units and completely different goals. If something goes live with the SAS, people get dead whereas the police's job is deescalate and protect human life where possible. They are not in anyway similar to each other.
Where you heard that? It's bs. They have in-force firearms instructors, the same ones that do the firearms training with every other police officer. And the training centre is just the regional police forces firing range.
@@LeeXRV You might find that the CTSFO's have some SAS Input, but these are highly specialised teams and there are not many of them.
If Winnie the Pooh became a cop
Our armed police are highly trained, so I trust that the officers here remembered to check the safety catches on the weapons!
I have had weapon handling training because I was in the CCF (Combined Cadet Force) while at school. I had to take a weapon handling test in 2015, which I passed on the first attempt.
One thing they taught us was that if you think you've checked the safety catch enough, you haven't checked it enough!
This cop was a gentleman 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

"British police are unarmed"
These guys, as they said, do regular police work, so you can call about a missing cat and get several guys with G36 dual mag + reflex sight, etc.
Was in Blackpool the other month and some armed police were taking pictures with families for 45 minutes whilst a sat on a wall watching them. People would keep coming up to them, only one would take a pic whilst the other kept hold of their gun looking around. Then they'd switch cause another family would come. Rinse and repeat. Seemed to be so friendly to everyone.
A lot of British police are like this. I have found that if you are nice and respectful towards them within reason of course then it is reciprocated

They also have a Baton Round Gun and a Ballistic Shield
