Hola Pablo, gracias por preguntar. Efectivamente estos Loops son gratis, por lo que puedes usarlo para tus maquetas. No sé si al publicar una canción con estos drums tengamos problemas por Copyright después. Una vez tuve que solucionar un problema de copyright con uno de mis drums, TH-cam me lo había bloqueado porque alguien más lo tenía registrado. Incluso cuando yo creo mis propios Drums, finalmente gané la apelación porque los Drums son míos y además la fecha de publicación de mi loop era mucho anterior a la que esta persona lo registró como si fuera suyo. Lo que nunca supe es si el problema fue porque lo publicó como parte de una canción, pero yo doy completa libertad a esta comunidad para usar estos Loops como quieran.

What machine drums u use? Would you recomend?
I use the Akai as Pad Midi Controller, but sounds from different libraries from EastWest (Joe Chiccarelli Drums), ToonTrack and Samples from Komplete collections.

you don't have to play a fill every 4 bars
It’s a loop. The gentleman is playing frequent fills in order to give choices to someone editing the drum track into different sections. The purpose of the frequent fills is to give the user of the tracks different options.
He is actually playing exactly what is needed in a drum loop of this type.
And let me add, the feel on this track is absolutely beastly.. The flams on the bongo is so hip.
