Yes, woh upar ka section logon ke liye hai beth ke dekhne ke liye. Abhi normally sab sessions video record hote hain so we can all see those, lot of sessions are available on youtube also. We the public can watch all the sessions of the politicians in both Rajyasabha and Loksabha. Abhi to many of the supreme court ke sessions bhi live stream karne shuru kar diye hain. Highest levels of transparency are a fundamental pillar of our democracy.
My favorite part was how they put the water, air, and ground animals on the doors; and lotus, peacock, and banyan tree as our national symbols. Handmade rugs from UP also I liked :). I have lived in both UP and in Rajasthan as well as Delhi.

अपने पूछा गज (हाथी elephant) ओर अश्व (घोड़ा hors) ये दोनों सिम्बल हैं जमीन पर दौड़नेवाला मतलब थल अर्थात भूमि को नमस्कार भेजा जाता है।
उसी प्रकार गरुड़ और सार्दुल प्रतीक आकाश में उड़ने वाले हैं मतलब हिंदी में नभ को नमस्कार है। आगे जल (water) में चलनेवाले मकर (मगरमच्छ) और कछुआ है उनके जरीये जल को नमस्कार भेजकर तीन तरह के शक्ति के सिम्बल जल-सेना , थल-सेना , वायु सेना को हमेशा शक्तिशाली रखने के लिए ईश्वर को नमस्कार भेज दिया गया, और लग गए अपनेअपने कर्मों कर्तव्यों में।
