Butler back in business....He has been going through a lean period ! He played very balanced knock today safely taking the team home supported by his skipper.
Ultimately, RCB just doesn't have the batting punch to compete with the elite of the IPL. They score too slowly. They need the likes of Rinku and Shivam etc. And their bowling is not going to worry any team.
In principle, their batting has some ability, even if slower at the top. The trouble is they have no spinner of any sort, and they seem to have forgotten that the IPL is played in India. Just mind bogglingly bad auction strategy. Siraj is also having a bad year. Can't win games with this squad.

Jaiswal has just had a bitcof bad luck, honestly. Small sample size. He was brilliant in the England series. He's been hitting it well. He'll bounce back.

I am not on twitter or any other social other than yt, so if you could do a video on your suggestions for lineups and fixes that would be interesting. I spend way too much time making up alternate (my preferred) lineups for all the teams and the India WC team.
Maxi's cross batted shot is embarrassing to watch....He got out cheaply. Don't know why he throwing away his wicket like this when there are so many overs to play. It feels he is on a mission to self-destruction. This is unfortunate because once he settles a bit, he can obliterate the opposition attack !
If maxi isnt balling then why not play will jacks. Also the fielding of RCB was atrocious.

I don’t think it was a classic Virat century, if u see his centuries from 2016, they were at extremely high SR. So this one did feel a bit slow. But still great shots played by him
