I always loved how Coach shook Vince’s hand - he didn’t look down on him because he came in the police car, treated him the same as he would with anyone.
That last one with coach and Vince always gets me. As males we need that positive male role model in our lives to help us navigate even when we are too proud admit we need it.
I’ve watched this show so many times I’m ashamed to admit. No matter how many rewatches I’ve given it I can’t help but enjoy the relationship between Vince and Coach Taylor. More than any other player in the series I believe Vince is the guy Taylor views as a son.
Seeing as it worked for the "go all the way" requster I'm gonna have to follow his lead 🙂. Please post the scene of Buddy giving Riggins a ride home from the hospital in 2! 🙏
I finished the whole series within 3 months. I started watching it because I love football. Trying to find something new to watch until I watched Friday Night Lights the movie and T.V series
It would've been cool for them to get another season to end the show right. Apparently, what was going to happen was that East Dillon was going to get to the playoffs but lose in the 2nd round and in season 6 they were going to comeback and be a legit Juggernaut team that won state which would've made it more believable. Another thing i think they could've done was done the Dallas Carter storyline where they had like 18 guys sign D1 but they started robbing each others jobs only for Vince to be tempted but not end up doing it and be the only one who didn't get busted.
Coach Taylor’s scenes with Matt, Tim, Smash, and Vince always get me worked up bc he made something out of those guys. Takes me back to my relationship with my coach who hated me at first but never gave up on me.

I really liked, "Well since you brought him all this way I guess I otta meet him."

Absolute without it we wander & can get mislead.
One of my favorite endings of all time for one of my fav tv series of all time .
I wanted to see one more season just to watch that super team.
I think they left the show at a good point

My favorite character from seasons 4-5

Panthers forever
Song at the end called
Delta Spirit-devil knows your dead
Let’s be honest Vince was the only good thing about seasons 4 and 5
Love Season 5 except them taking out East Dillon Football. They should have kept the Lions going.
Nnamdi asomugha
Terrible actor
Can't be that Terrible if He got into the MCU, I'D say that's a Hell of a Career Jump ⬆️.
