I am so glad you guys are going in depth on this! I am 3-5 years out and if you ask me on a Monday I want to do the LTSV for France... and if you ask me on Tuesday, I want to simply slow travel. But being in France uninterrupted for at least a year has always been a dream. Thanks much!
Well wonders never cease! I've lived in Texas for 6 years and had no idea that when I moved here from Oregon, they gave me a Class B license! Texas makes everything as difficult as possible for people moving here, for every single type of registration, including voters. I should have been provided a Class C at that time, but I had no idea of the difference - I moved here in my huge RV, so I already had that weight classification approved by both AZ and OR. So lo and behold, guess who is taking a driving test (at age 65!) for the first time since I was 15 years old to get it bumped up to a Class C to be able to transfer it to a French license when I move there in 2025. THANK YOU for the heads up!
Eastern France has begun testing the electric 'Draisy' train, which is about the size of a bus and has room for 80 people. Areas may have connections in the future. ~2028. There is also airports under consideration to be shut down due to low volume as part of French belt tightening to get to EU debt % (Talking France podcast).
I see Class B on the list, does Fabien mean Class D (general drivers license). Class B in my state is a Commercial Driver's License (ex: delivery truck drivers - vehicle gross weight of 26,001 pounds or more).
Does Fabian provide consultation on obtaining a visitor visa? I checked his website and the information I see is on insurance only, unless I’m missing something. Please let me know. Thanks for these great videos.. learning a lot!
Yes, please go to our website www.warrenjulietravel.com on the health insurance tab go to his tab again. You will see an option for Visa & Residency Assistance.

Very interesting about being able to buy a car through a corporation here too
Our friends bought their motor home this way:)

Sure, you can also write to me directly on warrenandjulie@fabfrenchinsurance.com
Ridiculous! I drive just as well, if not better, than people in those states eligible to exchange.
Sadly, it’s the laws.
