సర్ నమస్తే. మీ channel regularga గా చూస్తుంటా. చాలా బాగా in depth deatails చెప్తారు. అలాగే ఈ వీడియో చూసి రెండు వారాలక్రితం 43" UHD కొన్నాను. అంతా బాగుంది. కానీ hdmi/usb లో నా 2TB seagate external hard disk connect చూస్తే files ఏమీ open కావట్లేదు. Install చేసిన technician కి phone చేస్తే simple గా support చేయదు అని చెప్పాడు. ఆ డ్రైవ్ నా పాత 10years old toshiba flat tv లో చక్కగా open అవుతాయి. Hisense latest కదా .. ఏమిటి కారణం ? నాకు solution చెప్పారా ప్లీస్. నమస్తే.
