Hey i know you mentioned using plates under my torso if i dont want to put a strain on my spine. But are there any other ways to do squats without loading my spine? I have a bad back.
You missed the hack squat. Hack squats will also work the quads more and also reduce the loading on the lumbar region of your spine. I have Lumbar Spinal Stenosis so I do hack squats, my gym lacks the equipment to do belt squats.
why do people always say let your knees travel forward. why would anyone consciously prevent their knees from travelling forward and make it more difficult than necessary?
