He looks like a good natural goalkeeper but I would say he shouldn't bounce when he's set and when he 'drops' he shouldn't turn his back on the ball.
Yeah, lot's of young goalkeepers do that. He's just learning.

Intense, sure. But he rewards this goalkeeper student all the time. I'm sure this instruction produces solid goalkeepers.
I don’t hear anything negative in his tone. I hear intensity and passion, and in his videos the kids seem to really respond positively
