Thanks for this video, I couldn't work out why my dustbuster was just howling after I lost the filter and cleaning out the armature was exactly what it needed. For other viewers, if you run this vacuum at all without the filter, it will immediately jam up like that and get extremely loud. I didn't realize I had accidentally thrown my filter away. I used it for just a moment and it started to scream so loud it made me jump. Also very pleased how easy it was to take apart and put back together. Good on Black & Decker I guess.
Thanks for the Comment. Thats exactly what happened to ours. The dauther in law mad a mess and used it to clean it up. She dumped the evidence into the trash. Filter went with it. Next time wife used it didn't realize no filter in it... It started getting loader. She had to order new filters
@@outdoorswithcam Thanks for responding. It turned out to be rather simple. After removing the four screws, taking out the roller brush and supporting parts, and cleaning them, the main task was inspecting each component to see how they logically fit back together before reinserting the screws.
You take a #2 Philips screw driver and turn the screw counter clockwise. At the end of my video you will see me put the screws back in. That is their locations. Only one hidden screw. They are all the same size.

Do you have a video that shows how to take apart, clean, and put back together the motorized pet brush that comes with this B&D FurBuster
No sure don't. Didn't know there was an attachment. It can't be to hard this was real easy to take apart...

Do I need to remove the cover to expose the bearing before oiling it?
Yes
How you take it apart?
