I've been struggling mentally for years i tried couple of therapy unfortunately therapy never worked so well with me maybe i knocked the wrong doors at the hospital or maybe i was too hard on myself it feels great breaking down to someone who understands you some of my friends went on therapy sessions it went well as for me with my situation i feel like the only one who understands me is Allah 4 sujood would calm my anxiety than 1 therapy session plus I'm happy to watch you grow mo3aaz you're growing like that wise little bby brother may you sprout wisely each day

I always find it really tough to get back into the swing of things during the first couple of weeks of university. It's like I'm still in vacation mode and struggling to adjust to the new routine, and this often leads to me cramming lectures especially with the hospital practicals, which make it even more stressful, so I end up procrastinating because the workload seems super overwhelming. PLS ANY TIPS TO DEAL WITH THE CRAMMING WHILE KEEPING UP WITH THE NEW LECTURES????

For me the whole problem comes from commuting to uni. I gotta wake up at 5 am, don't even have time to eat breakfast that I'm already on the bus. I take the bus at 6 am and change at another city at 7 am and then arrive to the city where the uni is at 8 am. My classes start at 9 am so I take the suburban train to arrive at 8:20. My mind is just blank and I can't even concentrate properly with this whole commuting problem. Any advice? Keep in mind that my classes have obligatory attendance.
Sobhan'allah same thing for me but I start at 8:20 a little bit earlier. My advice for you however it's to read Surah el bakara . It is a miracle I swear , sobhan'allah , Allah opens all the doors for you with this surah . Every time I have issues , overworks and I don't know how to overcome them . I just read Surah Al Bakara and sobhan'allah after that Allah make it so easy for me it feels like I never had those issues.
I am very conflicted because the friends I have now don't really care about school or goals, they just gossip. But if i distance myself with them, they might notice
Brother I'm surrounded by people that don't have excellent grades and do negative things, which affects me, and I'm failing all of my classes and need help. I am distracted by my phone and listen to music a lot, which causes me to not earn decent grades. I desperately need help.
