- The full WWE 2K16 roster including DLC.
It's official, Bobby Heenan has the highest overall in the game.....
Some of the overalls are off because I edited their movesets and what not, here's the corrections:
Jake Roberts - 82
Randy Orton - 91
Stone Cold '03 - 89
If there are any others whose overalls aren't how they originally were you could leave the actual overall in the comments so other people know. :)
