Col. Dr. made several shots at presidency however, he wasn't lucky enough to get to occupy not b'se he didn't win the elections but due to something ought to be interrogated. I recall the time when col. asked for election to audited but it never came to pass. However, col. seems full of ideas how best government can handle programs aim at developing the country called Uganda.

Dr. Besigye has shown is true colours, pretending to be with the oppressed people yet in the real sense he is not with the oppressed when you analyse his opinion on the dead Tumwine whom based on his hynius crimes against Ugandans is in HELL FIRE, no doubt about it

Allow yourself to learn from people who have been there. Unless you dropped from Mars to Uganda most likely in 2017, you ought to know that Uganda had issues before the so called true opposition to the misrule of the country- and hence you have no monopoly of oppression! Bastardisation of politics makes some of you fail to analyse a political conversation and resort to mudslinging in the hope that your crooked ideals will be advanced.
Politics of alienation have never served any generation. Rewatch the video to better learn how to conduct public dialogue. May the souls of the departed both from the November 2020 riots and General Tumwine rest in peace. None of us has authority towards the prescription of hell or heaven. Let's build an inclusive Uganda for you and I to live amicably despite the day today challenges.

The only way to go is Todo what we. Call structural re engineering .By reducing number of districts from 140s to 37. By doing this we would have saved billions of money spent on administrative coasts. Then that money can be used to build those parish es but the problems with our leaders they only think of their polical positions other than thinking of country people. Count the amount
Spent on 100rdcs,100caos,100dpcs,100dmo,100deo,100disos,100district probation officers. All the above by assuming they have car , drivers, allowances and even others have security costs, vehicle maintenance costs ,I have assumed 100districs only and with out members of parliaments. See how much is spent as adminstrative costs and compare the current situation of your health centers and hospitals. Roads shools and you will tell me that Uganda will develop. Do you see fellow Ugandans. What we need is do structure re-engeenering. By reducing these villages so called districts and town ships called municipalities and town councils called cities. Let have 37disticts and 4cities and say 5municipalities. This huge Sam's of money that was spent in administrative costs can be used to do something else.
