There are a few ways (2-3) out of which one way is completely without steps.
It's a plain road but of course with hill inclination.
You can use palki or travel on foot on that road.
No need to take steps way if you are not comfortable with it.

I was planning to buy tickets for attaka arti just for a better darshan of maa. Do I need to do that or the vip darshan parchi will help me in good darshan

I guess arti darshan is the best darshan one can ever get of maa at Vaishno Devi.
If you are planning to buy arti darshan just go for it . However if due to some reason you couldn't get it then go for VIP darshan through Helicopter booking.
My view is to go for Arti darshan first. :)

RFID cards need to be with every visitor from start of journey till end.
If you have booked helicopter ride from Katra to Sanjhichat u will get RFID card at Katra Helipad and if u are traveling on foot u ll get it at baanganga.....in all cases RFID is must !!! Do get it before starting ur travel to bhawan ...!!!

We are planning to go for darshan in June month via helicopter to bhawan and Bhairon mandir. Can we do it in same day return ticket? Or we should book separate to & fro tickets? Pls advice.Thanks in advance!!

If you book to and fro tickets together, you will get 2.5 - 3 Hrs to do darshan and come back. You can go to bhairo baba if you take a horse ride from the Helipad to Bhawan and a trolley from Bhawan to Bhairo Baba.
If you try to do it on foot it would be very very difficult as time would be less.
My suggestion would be either book to and fro tickets separately or take a horse ride from the Helipad to Bhawan if you are booking tickets together.

Bhawan se ropeway kitna dur hai?
VIP Darshan ticket aapko tabhi milegi jab aapki aane jaane dono k tickets saath Mai book hongi. Senior Citizens k saath thoda time Mai margin mil jayega.
Ropeway is 500mtrs from Bhawan. And 5 min lagte hai ropeway se bhairo baba mandir tak !!!

Helicopter VIP Darshan m aapko 3 -4 hrs milte h.....Darbar m agar VIP Darshan m bhi bheed ho to bhairo baba k darshan thode mushkil ho jate h.....!!!! 3-4 hrs m agar aap kr pao to possible h but I guess ye thoda mushkil ho jata h......!!!
Both Helicopter services are good but Global Vectra ke new Helicopters hai as compared to the Himalayan...!!!

I guess koi issue hona nahi chahiye.....They only check Adhaar card no and name...address ka issue nahi hona chahiye !!!
Buss make sure Adhaar card number sahi ho ticket m Jo Diya hai aur Jo actual hai same hone chahiye !!!

Thank you for the detailed information of helicopter ride from Sanjichhat to bhavan and return. I have planned to visit on 18.05.2023. Please inform me wheather off-line accomodation is available either at bhavan or at Sanjichhat since our return journey by helicopter is on the next day.

Offline booking at Bhawan and Sanjhichat difficult to get.....if online booking is showing full then offline would be the same too..... although you can try at Bhawan, Sanjhichat is not possible. However you might get blankets at Bhawan and you can use them to spend the night in dormetry at Bhawan !!! Jai Mata Di..!!!
What if we cant make it back within 2 and half hours at Sanjhichhat.. Do they still allow the boarding back to katra?

If it is 10-15 mins delay then they accept.
If it is more than that they won't allow you.
Although with Senior citizens, the margin can be increased up to 30 mins. But not above 30 mins in any case.!!!

Yes, it is possible, you can book rooms at bhawan online also and through offline mode at Katra and Darbar itself....!!!
You need to buy one way ticket first to bhawan and book one way ticket separately to Katra back next day....!!!
I am not sure whether return booking can be done for next day as one....let me check will update you !!!

Aapko toilets facility har 500 mtrs pe milegi....don't worry about toilets....Shrine board me acha arrangement Kiya hai for toilets.

1. On being late , the helicopter carrier adjusts you but this is in time frame of +30 mins only. Anything above that no adjustment is done by them.
2. VIP parchi doesn't get you to have VIP Darshan at Bhairo baba temple. You need to take either trolley or visit on foot in a given time frame by the Helicopter carrier. You need to stand in the ropeway que and get a ticket as other yatris

Entry around 1 HR phle bhi mil jati hai but that depends on kitna rush hai....agar rush nahi hota to 1-1.5 hrs phle bhi boarding mil sakti h !!!

The booking window will open exactly 2 months before the boarding date !!!
Be sure to login by 10 AM in the morning 2 months before your visit date !!!!

There is no weight limit as mentioned but you can carry one bag (less than 5 kgs) .....female purses are allowed however irrespective of weight...
If the return trip booking is the next day then you won't get a VIP pass for Darshan.....only the same day return passengers get VIP Darshan parchi...!!!
Definitely you can go for Mata darshan as many times but you have to follow the line situation at that time....as a general visitor you can go for multiple time Mata darshan also !!!!
@@travelmagicians7 do they scan our bags prior to board helicopter? I have booked room at Bhawan, and need to carry some induction or utensils for my kid less than 1 year, to boil milk or something like that.. Please help me to understand this situation
@@vashisthnihit yes they do scan the bags but I guess for children they will allow some utensils to be taken to the bhawan....!!!
They will keep ur bag after scanning and give u back once you arrive at the bhawan....so no problem....you can carry them !!!!

It took around 1.5 Hrs from 8:30 AM for our helicopter ride to start.
In case the number of bookings are less you can do all the formalities within 1 Hr.

@@UrNaturalSlf Yes , once you reach helipad from Katra they put in time on your return boarding pass which you have to adhere.....some margin is allowed on it but at Max 30 mins is what they generally accommodate. Not more than that !!

1. You can check in at the hotel from the station and book your helicopter ride by 11 AM. Go for the Darshan and you will be back from Bhawan by 5 PM max. Easily you can visit the local market in the evening and the next morning you can also visit the local market again and catch your train.
Just one suggestion during the snow and rain season is to take 1 day extra as sometimes helicopter service stops due to bad weather.
2. For helicopter booking pls refer to my video specially on how to book a helicopter ride online. Generally you need to do booking at least 3 months in advance during peak time as demand is very high.
Bhairav Baba you can visit by trolley from Bhawan and back. But make sure you take horse ride from sanjhichat to Bhawan as it saves time and help you reach back for helicopter to katra on time (within 2.5 hrs)
3. You can book Imperial Hotel as shown in my previous video.its good budget hotel and food is also good. Refer my other videos in series for details and booking details also mentioned in the details section of the video.
