Pre Op Diet Day 1 - Support and Sabotage

Hey, i'm Christina and i'm having Gastric Sleeve surgery on October 27th. Today is day 1 of my pre-operation diet. In this video i wanted to address support and sabotage by family, friends and those around us, some of the issues i've come across with getting support, and some tips for finding it if you don't get it at home.
