since the AGT show was shown over here (UK) and put on the web, I've watched all the vids I can see of Darci - her vocal skills as a ventriloquist are brilliant - but I don't think that's what swings it... it's the personality she draws out of the puppet/doll. The subtle mannerisms from Petunia on AGT are what swung it.. You forget it's just an extention of Darci - much as I loved "Petunia"'s singing - Edna Doorknocker is even better - if you haven't seen it, look it up!

When did Sherry pass away? I would say she is every bit on Sherry Lewis's level, and then some. It's like a reincarnation. And with a several decade's headstart to other established Ventriloquists (like Fader), she can become not only an international superstar, but a marketing goldmine dynamo in the Kid's Toys market...for her puppets and everything else... (Network Execs better get a contract ready!) Especially if she gets her own live action TV show. She will be a ratings winner if on the Disney Channel. Just be sure and listen to get script ideas...
