How did the TV production company prompt the suicide of Hana Kimura? I'll be looking at the abuse she received and their extent. Viewer discretion advised.
The worst part is that now Hana's mother (and many Terrace house contestants and Hana's friends) have come out and said that the incident that caused the outrage was staged by the show's producers for ratings and that Hana did not want to do that part. This is screwed up beyond belief.
It wasnt staged. Theres few terrace house members talk about it on an international interview. The thing is, theres alot more things that’s happening in the house that is not shown. The producers only cut certain parts to make drama or focuses on little things and make it look big to entertain the viewers. One thing as well, whenever the members wanna talk a certain topic and it might be big for example, dates, arguments, gossips. They have to wait for the camera to be set up or was asked to walk and enter a certain way for a b-roll. But they definitely have no script. Just that how the videos we’re cut during post production to make it a big drama. Ex terrace house members even said, what was aired on TV and living there is not that pretty 😂
That doesn’t make it unscripted tho-the script is ‘written’ in the editing bay and the producers approve it for airing. THEN they let those commenters go off like they have a right to judge these reductive episodes. Its pretty awful.
I also found this really difficult because she was a wonderful soul. Smart, lovable and a badass woman! Thank you for translating the abusive comments she received and also sharing your reflections. I found this video really respectful. All I can think about is her mum and how she must feel losing her only baby, she must be devastated. Kudos to her though, she raised a sweet, soft and kind woman who honoured her emotions, she felt happiness and sadness so intensely. May she rest in power
Even though I never knew Hana, her death made me really sad because I've been through the same tough situation as Hana. When I was in kindergarten, I was bullied by 5th graders four years straight because I was smart. My teachers wouldn't look after me so in 3rd grade, I asked my big brother to teach me how to fight. But when I look back at the time I get pushed by a random 5th grader, it's scary. Only if Hana called the suicide hotline number or use her fists just like I did, she would still be here. I recently watched a little bit of Hana and she seemed like a really kind person. RIP Hana Kimura. #StopBullying #CyberbullyingSucks
This is by far the most objective video I’ve watched about Hana’s death and this is the first time I comment on a TH-cam video. A couple of your points just resonated. One being she was too young. Instead of thinking to herself you guys have no idea who I am she actually took everything on board, which was just so sad. By ‘liking’ that particular comment that you mentioned it was like she was convinced that was a horrible person and deserved to ‘disappear’. I only saw the news a couple of days ago and I just couldn’t believe the poor girl ended up like this! Another point being without this pandemic she might’ve still been in the house. She would’ve watched it with her flatmates. She would’ve people to talk to and people who were physically there to support her. Instead she was self isolating which was least helpful for her situation. I watched this girl desperately seeking to be loved on the show. She had so much to offer and her whole life ahead of her. And I knew she would find someone eventually and appreciated her for who she was. She would make someone the happiest person one day. She was too young to understand this! I bet there were guys out there thinking I wish I could meet this girl. This whole thing is just so f*cked up and so tragic!
Ugh, I agree with absolutely everything you said. Breaks my heart that her image of herself became dictated by these trash anonymous cowards who would have reacted the same way if someone had ruined a precious keepsake of theirs. On this and other videos I see people in the comments saying things like “well she must have been depressed before”... as if being alone in a pandemic with slurs, threats, and insults being constantly hurled at you wouldn’t deeply affect anyone, especially young person. There is no excuse for these vile people who robbed this girl and her family of her happiness for no damn reason. I hope her soul is no longer in turmoil and she feels peace.
Well written, Yao, thanks for your comments. I also appreciate the time and care given in this particular video regarding the death of Hana. She was someone in the house whom I had difficulty with sometimes because she seemed so vulnerable and concerned about love - I was worried (like a mom worried) sometimes how concerned she seemed to be about fitting in. In many ways, she was much truer to herself than some of the other characters in the house, who had learned to hide or intimidate their emotions on camera. I know this series has been going on for many years. Really, I'd like to see it completely end. It just stokes the fire of the stereotypical male/female relationship and I hope as a society, we've grown since this series began. The men always have the last say and the women deserve to think much better of themselves than is portrayed in this series. Yeah, totally tragic.
Poor girl kept diving deeper into self hate... I feel bad for people who need more socialization. It must be really tough not knowing how to handle the situation. How sad for Hana, she kept diving into hate comments instead of focusing on something else. Wish things had been different for her 💔
Spot on. Someone out there would've prayed for a woman like her. Wish she had of endured. I've been through something similar. Not on TV...in my own life. Hated myself for so long. Now I am finding love for myself again. Someone will love me for who I am someday. And if not. I'll love myself. At least my friends, family and colleagues know I'm a wonderful person. Even if men in my past didn't. All best.
she was honestly a super sweet woman. she didnt deserve this. EVERYONE in life gets angry, and so that scene was something that just happens in life. the fact that they would hate her for just having an outburst is disgusting. the people that do this should be ASHAMED. 😓
Even if she wasn't sweet, even if she was an asshole, nobody deserves to be bullied to the point where she decides taking her own life is the only solution.
What's sick is I bet most of those people who wrote that stuff probably feel powerful now and satisfied that she took her life. I wish mental health wasn't so taboo.
@@markboon2024 Yeah. I can't begin to fathom how they can sleep at night and just pretend it never happened or they were never involved. The guilt would eat me up for the rest of my life, if I were them.

Unfortunately this is what happens when a generation raised on social media can't handle people infiltrating their echo chamber. Rather than ignore what a bunch of strangers say online she took her own life instead. Tragic. And unnecessary. Liberals have created a generation of weak minded youth, obsessed with image and self worship who can't take criticism.
@@britbloc123 What you don't seem to understand is the pervasion of cyberbullying. Traditional bullying, whether physical or not, ends when your bullies aren't around. Cyberbullying follows you everywhere, including your home/safe space. It's also constant and the sheer volume of comments build up. Imagine traditional name calling dialled up by thousands. Especially in a society like japan which places so much stigma on mental health. It's also a society which prioritises the many over the few, and it likely would have felt as though the entire country hated her.
@@louisa1514 I do understand actually. I also understand that they're just words. These people type that shit, then go have lunch. People should just ignore them. They're just words, on a phone. Don't read them. Delete or block. Easy.

Yes, Japanese men get very afraid and affronted when Japanese women (or half-Japanese women) are confident or strong-willed or get angry over something that means alot to them, heaven forbid they're not traditional, mild, cute, meek and gentle all the time.
Having lived in Japan, can confirm this is the kinda shit that made me flee that country...it's not some polite, clean wonderland. Its so much darker and manipulative. I was traumatised and less confident as a person after living in Japan. I would only recommend it as a holiday destination ..
@@kristinaF54 It doesn't have to do with Japanese men being afraid of powerful women. It's much more about a country with respect, polite and hierarchy. People think it's very rude to do that. I know if a Japanese man do that on tv, he would get the same hate for slapping a woman.
@@lacil8895 honestly after seeing all this stuff my love for Japan completely dropped to hell. There’s nothing to see there but sadness in their culture.
I honestly never comment on youtube, but Hana's death really hurt me - I felt so sick the moment I saw it on the news. Just from watching the show, I could tell she had such a beautiful and empathetic soul. When she first joined the house and when she was pouring her heart out when she fell for Ryo. She had so much life left to live and this is truly so sad and tragic. We all need to learn to be more compassionate and kind towards each other, we all have feelings, we all hurt, we need to be kind - our world won't be a better place until we actually do start acting like we are all one and the same. Rest in Peace Hana.
When I read the story, I really in shock. I follow her on Instagram, all of her posts are always in positive tone. And since I cannot read any Japanese kanji, I skip most of the comments. I did not know that she was bullied. It's just sad to know what she was going through..
I really hope the people that bullied her know that they have blood on their hands. Anyone that bullies or writes nasty comments are so sick. Be better. Do better. Rest in paradise Hana.
Based on everything I've seen so far, I really don't understand why SHE was being blamed for being angry. It was one of her MOST VALUED OUTFITS which she wore in one of her BEST MATCHES, and he didn't bother to look before washing his clothes. In my eyes this wasn't an 'oh everyone gets angry' or 'everyone has a fit' thing. She had EVERY right to be angry, upset, and disappointed. Imagine losing something that is probably a cornerstone to your life seeing it pretty much destroyed to no return, and then to top it off having to deal with that much online bullying for that long.
It was 100 scripted, but even if it wasn’t I have constantly seen the argument against her “if it was so important she would have taken it out” like god forbid she be a HUMAN and make a mistake!
@@MintyArisato Ikr. EVERYTHING WAS SCRIPTED. But these scums' digest on the matter - besides Kimura-san herself didn't have such way to clarify - reveals such the irony they've never *learn.*
@@MintyArisato Oh so only she can make a mistake and that totally justifies her screaming like a bitch against kai who also made a mistake. Get fucked.
She was young, we make mistakes at that age. She wore her heart on her sleeves. People who type comments should know that those are read and will reach someone and can either uplift or hurt that person. Words are powerful. I will miss your energy and positivity, Hana. I pray kai and the others are mentally and emotionally coping. They lost a dear friend. I followed her and Kai almost daily on IG. I can't believe she is gone.
It's all about the "Herd Mentality" that's absolutely rampant in Japan. There's also the taboo that exists with Individual Expression. Now, I'm not an expert, but I'll tell you that Japanese Culture isn't as accepting. There are countless cases of Japanese people suggesting tourists that Japan is an Amazing place to Travel to, but not to live in. They don't say that because of a sense of dislike for the country, they say it because they know how Japanese Society works. There's a reason why they have a saying "The nail that sticks out gets hammered" Now, note that Good and Bad exists in every culture on this planet. Japan has a brighter side too. But I've noticed that a lot of people have just put Japan and Japanese Culture on such a goddamn pedestal that they essentially have become gatekeepers, absolutely ignoring and refusing to acknowledge problems. It's not their problem. A lot of the Western People's perception is based solely on Anime. They don't realize that Anime is Escapism, not Realism. It's a way for people to escape the problems they are in currently. That's why you'll see most of the Anime take place in Highschools. Because after that, it's pretty much game over (especially if you work in a Private Corporate Sector). Cyber-bullying isn't exclusive to Japan. It's a problem all over the World. Personally, I think Cyber-bullying wasn't the only Factor that pushed her to take this action. It was an amalgamation of a bunch of things- Lack of freedom for self-expression, Extremely Male Dominated Society, Sexism, Idealizing Women who are Timid and Soft-spoken, Socializing being discouraged, Rules and Regulations everywhere, Bully and Class Culture etc. In the end, I hope Japan lewrns to accept its flaws, instead of sweeping everything under a rug to maintain a particular Image. Remember, a good Society is the one that accepts and learns from its Negatives, while stays Graceful about its Positives.
Couldn't agree more. They tend to sweep everything under the rug to maintain that nice, polite image to the world. If this happened in the US or any western culture, no one would even bet an eye at her for being angry at someone who destroyed her prized suit. She had the right to be angry over someone else's negligence. Japanese netizens telling her to disappear because of that is downright outrageous. These cultures- Lack of freedom for self-expression, Male Dominated Society, Idealizing Women who are Timid and Soft-spoken, Rules and Regulations everywhere-- contributed partially to such tragedy, they should really reflect and try to adjust their mentalities, as with many other developed countries have already been doing for decades..
Why did you have to say it's all about "Japan's" herd mentality This thing is extremely prevalent in the west too The Stan accounts on twitter People cancelling someone for some mistake they did
NAILED it. Same can be said for the rest of East Asia, but Japan takes the cake. The enthusiasts only help to hide the real issues and distort the real image.
@@xhmbx9548 I mean their mistake was their racists, sexists, homophobic, predatory mistakes while SoKor and Japan bully people because of their skin color and being different. So stan accounts are actually quiet different lmao
Instead of Japan trying to police online abuse they should shift their focus and energy towards increasing and normalizing mental therapy. I hear it’s uncommon for people to go to mental therapy in Japan. That would be an easier (and more beneficial) route for Japan to take.
People never need a reason, just an excuse. Cruelty knows no bounds, especially in the anonymity of the internet; indeed, that seems to exaggerate the problem. I know this was difficult to shoot. It was difficult to watch as well. Thank you for sharing it.

I think it's very important what you are doing with this video. I came across this sad story online but reading the comments & being able to see the full story really is an eye opener. It's really changed my views on social media & reality shows. Thank you for your hard work and sharing your thoughts on this. I hope Hana has come to see in the afterlife that she's a beautiful soul deserving of love, it's so sad that it's come to this before she could realise that.
i appreciate this video and i’ve only recently learned about hana’s passing. i am so sad and devastated , although i do not know her personally anyone who watched terrace house knows that she was a lovable and amazing woman. may she rest in peace 💗
Dont blame the producers, its not their fault. They pushed actors in the past to do shit but they didnt kill themselves.. Now were all crying over Hana? The cyber bullying was terrible and her own issues were terrible, hardly had anything to do with producers. Otherwise everyone would have killed themselves you moron.
i loved her, she was so bubbly and have her heart on her sleeve. was shocked to hear she died like that. those bullies should be the ones tormented to cause someone to suicide, but they felt they had the right to torment someone just for having an anger fit!!!

Thank you for making this video. Honestly, all the comments was so ... heart breaking towards Hana. I am literally tearing up/crying since no one deserves this.
How are you different than them for saying that? I hope they feel guilty for what they did, learned, and take action. I hope they stop leaving mean comments to other people and think before they post, and speak up when they see someone else do what they did to Hana.

Thank you for making this video. It's helped so many people out there, and it's helping me.... All too often....people who do end up killing themselves and try to look for help beforehand....sometimes, instead of getting the help that they're looking for, they're met with insults, criticisms saying that "they're selfish" for taking their own life, or accused of seeking attention. This has to stop. More awareness needs to be brought to the fact that suicide is a huge problem in the U.S. and globally. I drew a picture of Hana Kimura around the same time that you posted that video, and got emotional as I was doing it. I truly, truly believe that had Hana Kimura been around more positive people, who actually had her best interests at heart and cared about her....this death could've been avoided. She died at far too young at an age and although she accomplished so much at 22, she still had a lot of potential left. For anyone who is considering taking their life(and even as a message to myself).... there are people out there who do care for you, even if it means having to seek them out. I started learning Japanese again after 10 years and decided to watch Terrace House to help with my listening skills. I immediately fell in love with Hana when she appeared on the show. I didn’t make it to the costume episode before she died. I heard the news and I was devastated. I cried. I was so angry and sad. I felt like I understood her so well, like there was a spiritual kinship with her and people like us, and if only I could’ve reached out to her...it’s just a tragedy. Miraculously, a bush of pink roses bloomed in my garden just a few days after she died. They hadn’t bloomed in many years, at least since I’ve lived here. I feel like that was her soul acknowledging me from beyond. Thanks for making this video man. Rest In Peace Hana. 💖
Thank you for explaining. Although I did not know Hana personally; I loved her personality and spunk and I was so sad when I learnt she passed . She was only 22 and had so much going fo her , but you help me to understand why she could not turn off her social media account because of what she does for work. It’s unfortunate because of Hana’s death that cyber bullying is taken more seriously because bullying whether virtually or in person is not ok.🙁
She was so young, she had so much to achieve but people brought her down. It’s sick on how people want to bring people down. I hope she is at peace now. Fly high beautiful🕊
Thank you for making and sharing this video and I really appreciate you for reminding us that whenever we’re having a difficult time, there’s always someone we can reach out to for help. I’m still really broken up about her death because she was my favorite on this season - I really wanted her to find the love she deserved. I do think people should be held accountable for cyber bullying bc these types of tragedies happen all to often and the bullies are taking it way too far/acting is if they’ve never made mistakes - they want celebs and public figures to be held accountable for their actions, so they should be held accountable as well. Thanks again for sharing and I pray you’re staying encouraged during the pandemic.

Thank you for the video, I truly appreciate the gaps of information being filled. In the west we haven’t seen the latest episodes leading to this, and it was only now that I found out Kimura Hana has passed. It’s a very tragic and unfortunate life to be lost she was such a loving human being.
Me and my boyfriend was so shock to hear about this recently. We were so excited for another season of terrace house. We see Hanna as someone who wear her heart on her on her sleeves. We thought she have a bright future ahead. I understand we all have opinions and we have freedom to express them but seriously wishing someone to disappear for this reason is ridiculous. I wish we can all be kinder to one another. Hana she may rest in peace.
Thanks for making this video and sharing what happened to Hanna. Even more information about the episode itself and events in the show that led up to it - I kind of feel that you rushed through all of that. Those episodes are not available on Netflix in the US because of the incident. Thanks again for the incident. We all wish that we could have reached out to Hanna with positivity and light and dissuaded her from what she was about to do. She had a great life ahead of her.

Idk what time in the world, intense online bullying became so popular. There really is something wrong with our society people hiding behind a computer thinks it's funny to tell someone to go kill themself. Thank you for talking about this. I think this should be considered a type of verbal assault for sure.
Thank you for sharing this. I loved how Hana spoke her mind and was so unique and colorful. I wished that she would find happiness after the show with people who deserved and respected her. This news is heartbreaking.
I know I’m arriving a bit late to this matter but I’ve just learnt what happened to Hanna, having enjoyed Terrace House all this moth of July. I’m honestly devastated, to think that such a bright hearted being was abused the way she was. How can people ever be so mean? One would think that by 2020 people would understand that Reality shows are nothing real. Still how could one feel so much hatred towards someone they’ve never met? It just doesn’t make sense. This world is sick.
Thank you so much for making this channel and this video, I’ve always been interested in what’s going on in Japan and you did a very good video. Subscribed
Thank you for compassionately explaining what has happened. I can’t believe people feel entitled to judge and abuse someone on the basis of a snapshot out of their life. Terrace House literally shows 45 minutes of a 24 hour day. Online bullying keeps happening on and on and it’s devastating to see nice people falling victim to it. It’s like slowly murdering someone. People need to find a better and more productive outlet than just sitting in front of a screen all day. People need to learn kindness - maybe it will be easier if they go out, communicate face to face, are surrounded by nature. Maybe they’ll learn compassion. Sorry to hear that it was hard for you to make this video, but I really appreciated it.
It's sad how she ended her life... she had so much to live for!!...those people who left those comments should be charged with involuntary manslaughter!!!!
Thank you for doing this as a fan of the show and non Japanese. I didn't think I was going to get any information about this. She was my favorite..so sad.
It's disgusting that the many involved entities couldn't intervene and get her some help. However, you can tell that she already suffered with suicidal ideation. Being someone who is similar, I know I've sought out content and conversations that, had I been more vulnerable, could've driven me to do the unthinkable. I'm so so sorry this happened to her, and that society let her down. But if you are like me and need someone to talk to, know that I'm here and I love you. We need you here with us...pls don't give up.
This is so sad. I watched Terrace House and saw this lovely and bublly girl. You will never thought that she is a professional wrestler because she is so girly. I love the way she laughs, giggle and smile because she is simply beautiful.I don't know her personally, but through the show and if you followed her you can feel her honesty. Thank you for this. It is very hard to get more than just the surface level news of this very sad story so appreciate you providing in depth details and context. The whole thing is absolutely heartbreaking. Hana was always seen with a big smile and appeared to have such a sunny personality - I was so shocked when the news first broke! The timing of the release of the youtube video depicting the incident by the production company just a week before Hana passed is questionable - to say the least! Surely they monitor social media very closely for marketing purposes! Has any action been taken against the bullies? Did other cast members from Terrace House receive similar treatment and are there concerns about them?
Thank you for making this, I know it must have been tough for you. It still hurts, Hana was such a sweet, genuine girl.😓 The problem with cyber bullying is the anonymity it provides. It's near impossible to prevent, which is why we have to look out for one another, make sure our friends and loved ones are alright, and to stand up against hate-speech. This shouldn't have happened. 😢
I still can't believe all of this happened because of a simple accident. Both Hana and Kai made mistakes, and yet people still treat Hana like she committed genocide. It's truly depressing what this world has come to. May you rest in piece Hana Kimura. You deserved FAR better than this.
Watching Terrace House today made me cry because Hana seemed so sweet and youthful. I feel so sad knowing that she took her life because of the hate she received online. I mean, it’s human nature, we all get upset from time to time and lash out in some way, shape or form. I can’t even count the number of times that I’ve lost my cool because of inconsiderate people. I can’t believe that these cyber bullies dwelled on that scene and used it to define what kind of person she was. In my opinion, she was an independent, strong and unique soul. When she was on camera I could feel her warm energy. I will remember her forever. Rest In Peace Hana.

It became a daily "necessities" in ppl's lives all over the world and I am sure that we need to pay extra attn. on how to punish bullies and racist, need to create a harsher law to reduced these nasty characters at least if they could not eliminated them. South Korea has the same dilemma, most suicides came from bullying and racism. It must be stopped!
I'm shocked....... I don't know what should I say. She was for me the loveliest woman in this show. I liked her smile, her laughing, her positive character, she was always there for the others.... I can't believe that! R.I.P. Hana
She was a bright, sweet, beautiful person and these shitbirds need to be outted for who they are. The problem isn't one to be cured by censorship, the problem is the built in anonymity. People should have to take responsibility for anything they intend to post publicly just like it has virtually always been throughout human history before the internet. Make people accountable for their malfeasance!
It's heartbreaking because the world is so big and there are so many people in it. To feel trapped and like everyone hates you at 23 is just wrong. I wish people had more hope and opportunity to live happily. It was a good world with her in it.
As much as I hate to say it, and obviously RIP and condolences to her family, friends and fans, but Hana took it out on poor Kai like a ton of bricks, just dragged him through the mud, humiliated him and made everyone turn on him too, and she expected him to just "deal with it" and "grow up" and "fix himself" so other ppl can start "perceiving him better". Don't you see the deep irony in all of what happened? When the tables were turned, she couldn't deal with it even though she had the choice to ignore online comments, where Kai was in a much more forced situation (in the house) and career was in a far worse bind. Maybe women are more emotional or whatever, but she was such an oversensitive emotional wreck of a hypocrite. Even the official commentators sort of alluded to that...With that said, obviously she didn't deserve to die, but at the same time, she took that decision herself. Lets not let Shacho the CEO guy off the hook either, he fucking made that trip happen, when Kai didn't even want to go fearing how it will look if the CEO paid for it all, and how his mind wasn't all in it when he bombed on stage so many times. That trip was the trigger for it all, and Hana was looking for something to let all her frustrations our on Kai for failing to meet her expectations as a prospective BF. She let out all the stress of being rejected by Ryu, and seeing how he hit it off with Vivi, and the nerves of being on TV..etc She chose to put all of that on poor Kai. Regarding the costume stuff, perhaps Kai should've looked to make sure, but if it was so important for her why not clean it by hand? or dry clean it in a service? or wait until its washed by the machine and then dry it? or just tell everyone to double check if her costume is inside the washing machine because its important? She did none of that, and blamed all of it on Kai for just forgetting to double check? I think it's more 50-50 if not more on her 70-30. I think if I had an important piece of clothing and I co-habitated with others, It would be on me to make sure that my costume is washed only once and not ruined. The way she overreacted was so unfair and over the top. Still a tragedy and RIP.
I'm appalled and disgusted by this, she was beautiful. I can't believe none of her fans didn't support her in her time of need, and yes they should be prosecuted
The worst part is that now Hana's mother (and many Terrace house contestants and Hana's friends) have come out and said that the incident that caused the outrage was staged by the show's producers for ratings and that Hana did not want to do that part.
This is screwed up beyond belief.
I HATE REALITY TV.
Cyberbullying sucks. We should all envision a positive world on social media where there is no hatred towards others.
Ya they ruined her reputation for their show....
So well said. I miss her bright smile.
Jealousy + hater = killer
I bet half the idiots who judged her have had outbursts before. Not on TV. Yeah... uh huh. Nothing more to say
What's sick is I bet most of those people who wrote that stuff probably feel powerful now and satisfied that she took her life. I wish mental health wasn't so taboo.
Most of the pathetic cowards apparently started deleting their tweets and even accounts immediately following her death.
@@markboon2024 Yeah. I can't begin to fathom how they can sleep at night and just pretend it never happened or they were never involved. The guilt would eat me up for the rest of my life, if I were them.

They don't feel powerful, they feel cursed.
Appreciate this man. These people that drove her over the edge better hope there's no hell.

What you don't seem to understand is the pervasion of cyberbullying.
Easy.

She was just 22 but I'd bet she lived a lot more interesting life than these losers.
That’s it?? That’s why people hated her?? That shit is very mild in America 😳
IKR? Legit a wtf moment for me
Yes, Japanese men get very afraid and affronted when Japanese women (or half-Japanese women) are confident or strong-willed or get angry over something that means alot to them, heaven forbid they're not traditional, mild, cute, meek and gentle all the time.
I didn't understand it at all either. I'm glad to find someone with a similar outlook.
It was 100 scripted, but even if it wasn’t I have constantly seen the argument against her “if it was so important she would have taken it out” like god forbid she be a HUMAN and make a mistake!

There's a reason why they have a saying "The nail that sticks out gets hammered"
Now, note that Good and Bad exists in every culture on this planet.
Why did you have to say it's all about "Japan's" herd mentality
This thing is extremely prevalent in the west too
The Stan accounts on twitter
People cancelling someone for some mistake they did
that why most Anime went with the school troupe.. School life was the only time Japanese have a bit of freedom.

Thank you for translating
Sometimes it feels like this world, and society is built on breaking the good people while celebrating the bad.

The bullies who make insults and f*ck around, their words aren't a reflection of reality, and you DO have a purpose in this world.

Thank you for sharing this. I loved how Hana spoke her mind and was so unique and colorful. I wished that she would find happiness after the show with people who deserved and respected her. This news is heartbreaking.
I just came across your video. You made many great points there, my friend. Thank you and best of luck to you!
It's even worse. It's 45 mins of an ENTIRE week.
yeah, it's been really hard for me to process as well. I feel awful, and don't really know what to do. Thank you for your kind message at the end!
She is a smart, kind and beautiful young woman. I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family of Hana.
I cried when I realized Hana Kimura was no longer with us. it was even difficult for me, n I didn't even know her! but she seemed like a beautiful person to be in the presence of. I still miss her, I wish she was still here. fuji tv should definitely be held accountable, she didn't deserve this. neither does her mother. I'm truly feeling for her mother I hope she's alright. thank you for this video, I have a better understanding of the situation. I hope you're resting easy Hana Kimura
花ちゃんは、思い遣りのある純粋な女性でした💕
母親の響子さんの心境を思うと私も二人の娘を持つ親として大事な娘に先立たれ本当に、やりきれません😭
花ちゃんのご冥福をお祈りします🙏
Thank you for making this, I know it must have been tough for you.
It still hurts, Hana was such a sweet, genuine girl.😓
The problem with cyber bullying is the anonymity it provides.
Thank you for clarifying and explaining the story. RIP Hana 🙏🙏🙏
Never forget about Hana❤❤
This honestly breaks my heart... such a beautiful, talented, nice and young woman 😔
Thank you for this video.
Update : In NHK Webpage it also stated that some of the bullies self-deleted their accounts after receiving abuse themselves lol.
Anyone is welcome to use me as the 'I Feel Glad For The Little Karma' button.
I wanted more karma since they lowed Hana self esteem that she coundn't handle more and comited suicide:( they deserve to taste what it feels to be hated
@@pauloluperon2437
*Hated for no reasonable causes
*More karmas for the original + bandwagon perpetrators, in this case the ones who cons/instruct for the blown-up drama + the rabid irrational fans who purposefully thrown logics to landfills.
Seems the staff prompted Hanna to level it up as well. Making the staff responsible for this. Hanna was a victim in more ways than one.
Thanks for making this video bc I really wanted to know what was said to her
Thank you for this video. R.I.P. HANA
Thank you very much for this video, you covered all the topics very well. God bless!
I've went on group chats where i've gotten a racist comment because I'm latina, if that one comment got me down for quite some time I don't wanna imagine 100's a day. The people that did that are troubled and even though they did that I wouldn't play fire with fire or do it back to them because some people can't be changed by comebacks but sometimes by legal consequences. I'd delete any apps so I'd get distracted, or I'd block or report those people. But being in quarantine this must have been a hard thing for her to do because she must have been looking for love and the bright side of things. I hope those people get the legal consequences. Rest in power Hana Kimura
El guerrero más guapo gracias por la positividad ✌🏼 no fue mi intención, buen día
Interesting video! The volume of audio is not consistent and annoying to listen to, I need to adjust the volume all the time. Maybe try to make it better next time.
I am a year younger than her. I can't imagine what she went through and what her loss meant for her family and friends. I am angry at all the hurt people directed at her... She should have grown older. She should be alive.
Very sad topic, but I love the channel idea. Keep at it man
Thank you for explaining what happened with more context than English news sources have been giving.
This was really difficult to watch, I wish I could give her a hug😭 I'm really devastated
( I didn't know her until recently)
people and us should give all their love out instead of hate, you never know who you might save.
no one might tell you but please give more love and compassion out it does more than you think of😭😭😭
I'm getting emotional this is a lot to take
@nice try167 someone is mad at their selves huh. besides who are you to come assume things? :) you should try to work on yourself instead of getting into others business, have a nice day/night!.
Racism and bullying is rampant in this era.
This was painful wow they need prosecuted to the fullest extent thank you for this video
You are right, she was telling him to grow up but in reality she was the one who had a lot of growing up to do.
Where is 4:37 from??
This made me cry 😔
Thank you for this video... Take care♥
I'm appalled and disgusted by this, she was beautiful.
I can't believe none of her fans didn't support her in her time of need, and yes they should be prosecuted
So sad that people made these comments to Hana. So sad that people dislike your video too.
I say rude things online but I never think of the consequences, thank you I will be more cautious.
