Guilinggao is a Chinese herb like jelly dessert that helps to relieve heat, detox and is also good for skin complexion. A well loved cooling dessert that has a slight bitter sweet taste, you can add honey or syrup to go with it although many prefer to eat it as it is. 材料 ingredients
1. 1盒正宗梧州龟苓膏粉(10包粉）1 packet of guilinggao powder （10sachets)
*加入半碗水搅拌均匀
stir and mix well with half bowl of water
2. 3000ml 水 3000ml water
3. 10片班兰叶 10 pandan leaves
4. 2片甘草 (可省略）2 piece of Chinese liquorice (optional)
*煲20分钟 boil for 20mins
5. 200-250g 冰糖 200-250g rock sugar
*慢慢加入龟苓膏糊, 慢火搅拌至滚后，倒入模具冷却
Slowly add in the guilinggao mixture and stir till boil under low heat. Pour into moulds and let it cool
