The hard sweet noodles ist Kunefe, its sugarwater and rosewater in it and its baked with cheese.(Turkey, Syria... lots of countries eat it)
The minced meat is Adana/Kafta-kebab, its minced lamb and beef grilled on a flat scewer. (Turkey Syria etc, again lots of countries got there own "style" but all kinda similar)
The salad with crispy bread is Fatoush, its radish, spring onion, flat parsley, tomato, cucumber, onion, lemon juice, mince, olive oil and "sumak" (its a arabian spice) in its original way. (i know it from syrian people i dont know if other eat it aswell)
Im not arabian but im from germany and crave this food aswell, i asked friends and people at the shops where they sell it!

Let's start with appetizer : regular Arabic salad homemade
Main course: meat kebab with rice ( kebabs with rice are mainly eaten by Iranian people but the one your eating isn't irany , look at the rice you will notice ) Iranians call it chelo kebab
Then you have Kabsa , this type of meat you eat is called moza, it's the most tender part of meat , when you eat it it's so tender it's like jelly
Then we have the regular meat with rice , I think it's called machboos , it's has a lot of seasoning , its very delicious .
Btw the rice color are similar but the taste can be different so I can't know which one kabsa or machboos or mandi
Sauces : you have yogurt and mint and also the spicy sauce more like salsa
Dessert: kunafa taste pretty good , not all kunafas are the same , it depends on the country you ate from

Jennifer N: yes its either creamy cheese or special cheese thats originally salted cheese but u soak into water couple of times through out the day and yes u can top it with nuts they sugar syrup that you put on after baking it

hey quang my name is nora and Im from saudi arabia hope you enjoyed the food! actually the little sweet thing you aet was "kunafa" wich is somthing similar to baglava and yes its stuffed with cheese , the little meat strips thinges actually was beef kababs but in a different shape and the rice with chicken in hejaz we call it " bukari rice " and the 2nd lamb dish you aet was called "mandi" and its a very interesting and yummy way of cooking lame if you cook it in a real mandi oven i mean! if you enjoyed the saudi food you should really try something called "margoog" its a winter dish and its unbelievable!

The secret to fall of the bone meat/chicken is to boil the meat first to clean it out totally and then cook it again with the rice and all. The Kabab is pretty much minced meat that is smothered with all kinds of delicious herbs and seasoning. Slapped around a skewer and grilled.

Thats true. I went to Toronto a couple times and it was all type of ethnic neighborhoods from all over the world. In the US Its like that in some of the big cities like NYC, but most average sized cities they will have a large community of 2 or 3 different ethnicities not the entire world though

The salad is called fattoush salad , the sauces are tahini, red one is ofc tomato sauce minced with garlic and pepper , the sweet dish is kunafa i think u got it with cream they make all sorts of kunafa flavours tho as in banana which is also yummy , the rest well u know ur way man enjoyyyyy !!
