Now I found this song, and it made me realise, that im beatyful, just like everyone else. So the thing is that, this song made me really really happy, and I started loving myself❤️

I remember the first time I heard this song I was about 8-9 on the radio during a road trip. My mom turned around and told me to never change myself for others and I’m beautiful the way I am. When we got back to our house, I heard it again and got super happy and started listening to it over and over. I’m now 14 and I’ve been listening to it ever since. I've said these because I have dealt with being insecure about myself and my body. I was too skinny, and tried gaining weight by the most random things. It was bad for me. I tried putting on tons of make so one person can like me. But i realized that it's not the point of how someone else thinks of you, it's about how you think about yourself. And I want you to go in front of a mirror, no matter what time it is and say to yourself: "I am proud of who I am. I am beautiful and I know it. I don't have to change because being myself is something important."
Please do this, because I've seen multiple people deal with depression and mental health problems because of beauty.

For the past 3 years I've been struggling with loosing weight. My family keeps pressuring me to loose weight, to go on a diet, to stop eating so much. Even my aunts. Not in a positive way, but in a way that a makes me feel insecure and loose my self-esteem. I get body shamed. Not a rare thing, it's everyday. I've fallen into a pit of depression. I cry every night and wish that I was skinny. Sometimes I even think Im better off dead. It was that only one cousin of mine who stood up for me. She said, "weight, weight, weight! You've put this pressure on everyone! On her! Just why are you like this?". And another time when I was leaving my aunt told me "you better be skinny when I see you next time." And my cousin hugged me saying "your beautiful just the way you are." I wish I had more people like her in my life. She is one of my best cousins. May God give her a long life. This message also took alot of tears out of me, right now I'm filled with heavy tears in my eyes, i can barely see.

A young short and stubby girl started school she was very sweet she had a freckled face her hair was brown as dirt and life it self but she had one thing different which others judge her from she had odd facial features she had gaps in her teeth and big nose and two different eye colours one blue as the sea itself and one green and grass one day she went into her class she grabbed her book and smiled away down the corridor to her class the other girls looked at her up and down staring,pointing and laughing but the girl carried on like a solider with a battle wound.The bell went for lunch as the class swiftly left the girl was packing up her bag as she did she saw a boy at the corner of her eye hos eyes where dimmed black with big bags he seemed to have a purple blackish eye he walked to her and said "Your beautiful don't listen to others especially those chicks" She smiled at the boy and asked "What are those scars?"The boy replied with a downed and soft saddened tone "Iets just say I lost a battle between me and lif itself that's why I helped you unlike those girls "I never judge a book by its cover." The girl looked at the young boy and smiled she got up on to her tipsy toes and hugged him and replied "Thank you for helping me someone like you really does make a difference"The boy smiled and cried happily.The girl replied to the boy about his scars."The scars to you are beautiful"The boy smiled at the girl and continued to hug her tightly...
