Could be from sitting and not changing the oil for a while. Bad injector Maybe timing/to rich or cylinder chamber not igniting right. Hopefully not bad rings but I’d say definitely change oil check and repeat. Gas in the oil will thrash bearings, it doesn’t burn so it will thin your oil out right away and will eventually brick your motor. Definitely keep an eye on that moving forward. I have some different cars, NA and a couple turbo, and pretty much all smell like fuel in the oil in the end. Could be related to pcv or some other stuff, don't care. Also, the foam comes from short drives, that's pretty common
If you turn the nitrous off and run it with the same tune, you will ultimately dump too much fuel into the cylinders. Due to improper ring gaping may allow fuel to bypass the piston and mix with the oil.

I think the fuel smell in the oil is normal for cars with nitrous. My hr z was previously on nitrous and I had the same fuel smell in the oil. Ever since I removed the Nos. The smell went away.

If the wet shot was to rich the fuel may not completely burn and may wash past we ring’s especially common in carborated engines when you flood them

I think it's called fuel wash when you have too much fuel that isnt atomized and it gets on the cylinder walls then past the rings into the oil.

There's alot of information that says you shouldn't use vr1 if you run e85. I still run it in my car and havent had any issues with it though.
