Thanks! I take garments I own which I like the fit for and measure them as is or make changes. I use size Large as my standard since that’s my size for tees, and medium for shorts. Then add/subtract 0.5-2” (depending on which measurement) per each size

Not sure what you mean by connecting to a printing service. If you have blanks you'll need to find vendors using Google or make the apparel yourself
