To anyone in this comments section:
I feel kind of confident that Tryrique Stevenson took out his mouth guard (he was not spitting, he did not have candy) so that he could talk trash to Jameson Williams.
Stevenson clearly tripped him...and it appears that some football insiders were able to hear what the sound crew had, and Stevenson could be heard saying something like, "Get your b*tcha$$ up off of the ground" to Jameson Williams.
On another note: Derrick, I just recently started watching your videos like a month ago.

I'm a 40 year old man who has been watching football now for over 30 years. And I understand sometimes these young men get heated and over-react to things, it's just the nature of the game. But JMo, this young man specifically, he needs to smarten up honestly. He's making too many childish 'mistakes' that are/can be distracting to the team. I know all these 'little things' haven't really done a lot to affect the locker room so far but I feel like I'm waiting for something huge to happen with him that will distract the team and derail us at a critical time, like during the playoffs. I really hope he matures FAST but I've been hoping that for like 2 years now... :(

I noticed that trip live and i also noticed the ref looking dead at them and only calls Jamo out. Granted, Jamo needs to remember that its always the 2nd guy that gets flagged but the fact he only flicked a ball at him and didnt put the ole stick-n-move on him shows a little maturization has taken place. My only hope for Jamo(as he is one of my favorite Lions) is that he stops the super bowl win celebration after every 3 yrd catch. Hes a great player. Man, when he matures and the game really slows down for him, he will be unstoppable. I mean Randy Moss, Jerry Rice conversation. But the maturity has to happen 1st or he will always be the number 2.

I get stay calm, beat them on the field is sweet revenge, but it almost cost us a win! That being said, keeping your composure after that, is easier said than done! I got knocked down on the sidelines, and the dude swung on me, so I punched him in the eye, the coach grabbed me from behind, and though it was 30yrs ago, I thought it was his teammate, and I turned swinging and knocked out a coach! I was ejected, we lost, and my teammates were not backing me! It was bad on my part, and the worst was I costed my team, but I do not condone either scenario, but even though they get paid more, it's still tough to just let some things go! To all those players reading, costing your team a loss, is a worse feeling then going out and beating them in the game!!

Dude....that penalty is 100% jamo's fault. A grown adult man has already learned at 23 years old right and wrong. You get up and walk away. PERIOD. He hurt his team now for like the 4th time.

Surly Jamo lightly flicking the ball at the culprit is excusable for the trip dirty play after the play. If it was me, I would surely be just and fine or penalize the culprit and reverse any punishment to Jamo, just give Jamo a warning.

I’ll also like to add that benching Gibbs last year for the fumble is what caused the SF comeback. This coaching staff cannot continue to bench players for 1 mistake. Especially players like Jamo and Gibbs who teams have trouble with keeping up with. Thats the equivalent of benching Cade Cunningham because he got a tech. Other teams are gonna start using that against us. Oh yall are quick to bench players. Lets see what we can do to get these players out of the game!

When did they "bench" Gibbs? He fumbled late in the 2nd half and we barely touched the ball again. Jmo is a clown sometimes.

@ They benched Gibbs last year in the NFC championship game after his fumble. I assumed me saying last year causing the SF comeback was enough explanation. My apologies.

It's 100% Jamo's fault, i don't care how dirty it is, everyone knows the retaliation is what the refs always end up seeing. Flipping the ball in someone's face will be a penalty 100% of the time, he would've been better off getting in his face and pushing him
