If they focus on guests, animal interactions and just tweaks this game seriously has sooo much potential. The lack of administrative stuff takes me out of the immersion sadly, and the acro just seems like it's not moving as well as it could yet. Hoping they really keep up the momentum they've had with this game cause it's great looking
These are very valid points and those are all points I would ask to improved first. The basis has been set and now it’s time for the developers to build soon it. I trust they will in good time :)
I mean obviously major credit to your creativity and your build styles. You have an incredible eye for design. But it's exciting how the building mechanics in this game seem to really give you absolute freedom to craft very unique and beautiful architecture. I love it. Can't wait to get into it soon.
Thank you so much. I try not to build boxes sometimes so I drift to quirky architecture which is a bit marmite but I’m glad you like it :) and yes the game gives almost limitless freedom to create anything imaginative. I think you’ll really enjoy it :)
I've always loved this species since JPOG, carcharodontosaurs are super underrated in pop culture imo, well maybe that will change with the giganotosaurus in jurassic world dominion. Great exhibit too, it reminds me of the environments in paleoart.
Loveee it! Love the modern style of the viewing platform. I think it makes sense since a dinosaur park would have to be fairly high budget! Dinosaurs probably wouldn't be the cheapest animals to keep!! Therefore I would imagine there would be plenty of money to splash on fancy habitats- they'd probably even host design competitions with big name architects designing some of their viewing areas. Loving the lighting, thinks it makes a lot of sense with the modern architecture and really digging the combination of black, glass and the warm coloured materials. Also nice to see a little more detail in the actual habitat, really pays off in adding to the realism
Thank you TW :) those are really good ideas, I believe a dinosaur park if they existed would be a haven for the architects and huge sponsors. Similar to the films we see today, everything is majestic and grand in size. I’ll try and keep the approach going with this in mind :)
I call Acrocanthosaurus the Queen of the Dinosaurs, because it was the second biggest theropod in North America. Only Tyrannosaurus rex, the King of the Dinosaurs, was bigger.
The freedom and creativity you can have in this game is actually wild. I wasn't expecting it to be that way. More so "here's a building, place it wherever. Have fun"
Its really nice to have the freedom to create anything you wish. If you have the time you can make almost anything customarily. I’ve seen some images of players making a full blown PC with the internal parts, it’s mad.
@@Hiysta I'm waiting to pick it up. Hopefully can soon. I had it on wishlist to notify me on release and didn't realize it had come out until your vid cause steam didn't update me. Good shit btw
@@kiryuthedragonwarrior2746 There's really not. What you get is what you get in JWE. You can't make your own structures. You just have what they give you. And further the terrain is SUPER limited. It feels more opne and free here like how JPOG was.
Just purchased Prehistoric Kingdom, looking forward to seeing more of your wondeful parks... lots of useful hints & tips for me to get started... * Subscribed * :)
Wow really beautiful! I actually love what you did with the lights and how clean the viewing area was, it almost reminded me of the Jurassic Park area of Universal Studios Hollywood. A really nice modern style that combines aesthetics with function, brilliant really.
Ah thank you :) I like to add a lot of detail normally but felt a cleaner approach would be best for the design. Also the neon lights in this game give a great night time feeling. I just hope they improve of the reflections and shadows :)
Lovely build. I spent a solid hour trying to put a staircase onto the side of a prefab and eventually just gave up, so I'm in awe of how much time and effort this must have taken! Did you end up connecting the stone wall type and the metal wall type to finish the enclosure? So the dinos won't be marked as "escaped"?
Thank you :) it can be very time consuming sometime to build but over time it does become easier so I know what you mean. I did yes I used some large display rocks to deter them from escaping :)
Good thing those logs look thick enough to take their weight! If you ever come to Germany, you should definitely visit the dinosaur park in Münchehagen.
Germany is on my list to visit one day 😃 I had a Google and I think my kids would love it there :) we have a similar place in England, on the Isle of White called Pirate Cove :)
I tried planet zoo after playing jurassic world evolution 1 cause i wanted a little more. It was way too much for me lmao. Complicated. And i had issues with where to start and go from, ended up returning it. Than i tried this game and only played for a few minutes. I feel like im going to have the same issue with it but im gonna try again in a few momths once some of the bugs are worked out. I really love watching all the creators makong stuff for these games.
Yeah I can understand that, with so much at your disposal it can sometimes cause you to overthink what or where to start. I get it myself sometimes but a good way to get going, is to find a bunch of images of a structure you like and use it as a reference. It doesn’t have to look 100% the same but use it’s shape and style as a guide :)
I never played one of this game, but looks really amusing and pretty, I wanted to play the other day but my potato laptop can't :'( I definitely have to try this
it's a nice habitat can you do a habitat with the soropods like the brachiosaurus or some other large dinosaur and make a habitat called the river of giants
Well it's a different kind of game JWE lets you play with the movie dinos and stuff While this game lets you play with accurate creatures There more different than similar

It would be great if they got more recognition and maybe after the film release it will be a good way to showcase these amazing dinosaurs
You're very underrated!

The Acrocanthosaurus is by far my favorite dinosaur in PK.
Acrocanthosaurus being in this game gives me confidence that Giganotosaurus will be in the game too sometime
how can one be so creative.

👍😁
Brilliant

Great work! Have they updated the specs needed to run this game or is it still laggy on lower end PCs?
Thank you :) unfortunately it’s still pretty laggy but some have reported improvements. My wife still struggles atm with a 1080ti for reference
@@Hiysta eeesh
How big is the map in prehistoric kingdom compared to Jurassic world evolution 1?
I would say 5x large easily, can it handle a park that size, full with detailed builds… not sure :)
how you made the path with stones going down?
Wait this looks like that jurassic world game but better??
Well it's a different kind of game
JWE lets you play with the movie dinos and stuff
While this game lets you play with accurate creatures

More like, planet zoo with extinct animals.
HWOAH
Ima get this game when get home from work
Planet zoo with dinos

Yes many bugs as it’s still in Early Access but nothing that makes it unenjoyable to play
This looks like a Planet Zoo copy paste but with Dinosaurs instead.
Hope no one weras a skirt on that platform
