Fuzzawuzzit I think you misunderstand. We all know how to pronounce Br'er and it's used throughout the movie, but it was this channel's choice to expand the word.
Another piece of trivia: Though the attraction is based on Song of the South, the name Splash Mountain comes from Michael Eisner wanting the attraction to be a tie-in with the 1984 rom-com Splash. Prior to that, the planned name for the attraction was Zip-A-Dee River Run. River Run, btw, would later be recycled as the name of the DCA opening day attraction, Grizzly River Run.
I remember my grandparents had an SOTS storybook, which had Uncle Remus' wonderful stories (this is about 50 years ago). Oh how I LOVED those Uncle Remus stories!
In California's Disneyland the soundtrack is unique, it uses big band jazz style as the ride borders New Orleans Square and Critter Country and being a "bayou" sub-land of New Orleans Square, while in WDW and Tokyo's Disneyland the music uses country western style with banjos where both versions are located in desert-themed lands.
The music in Anaheim Disneyland is unique with jazz style due to the ride is located near New Orleans Square and serves as bayou part of New Orleans Square, while WDW and Tokyo Disneyland's music has the same score, with lot of banjos, fitting its frontierish-themed locations. Tokyo's Critter Country is a sub-set of Westernland with the theme of old southwest city theme with a saloon, the Tex-Mex canyon/desert, and Rio Grande river.
Some of the themes of Tokyo Disneyland's Critter Country are South West US margarita event locations like San Antonio and Austin in Texas and Santa Fe of New Mexico.
Critter Country in Anaheim Disneyland resembles of natural wildlife of northern forests and half bayous, while in Tokyo Disneyland, it is unique for resembling a rita (margarita) world of South-Western US states of Texas and New Mexico, and ever Mexico's Chihuahua trails, for the terrains and its music loops are also in country western style with lots of banjos and harmonicas.

Thank you so much! Actually Br'er and brother are the same thing. Br'er represents the old southern US pronunciation of brother. So brer' is how some people in the southern US used to say brother. :)
My guess is because even this channel didn't want to address the "racism" of "Song of the South", even though(and you might want to invest in some earplugs if you're tired of, or believe in this) WALT DISNEY HIMSELF TOLD AUDIENCES THAT THE FILM TOOK PLACE DURING THE RECONSTRUCTION ERA!!!
It obeys the location when Splash Mountain was built in Frontierland in Florida's Disney World due to the Splash Mountain's story theme in Old South of Georgia and Frontierland is also sub themed to Old South US states such as Texas, Mississippi, Arizona and also New Mexico. So Frontierland contains variations of the Old South US states.
In Tokyo Disneyland, Critter Country is just an expansion of Westernland where the canyon/mountain/desert themes are expansion of Splash Mountain, serving as transition from Westernland to the Splash Mountain and they have such western-ish colors. Tokyo's Critter Country is themed like Frontierland even it is Critter Country, with landmarks of western town with a saloon, Texas and New Mexico. The saloon is titled "Rackety Raccoon's Saloon for buying any foods like hot dogs/churros and also ice creams.

I love your videos! Such a fun and educational approach to the "Happiest Place on Earth!" Could you do one on the "Wildest ride in the wiiiilderness!" Big Thunder Mountain Railroad 😃
The uniqueness of Tokyo Disneyland's Critter Country is it is themed to Western side of geographically south US states of Texas and New Mexico and its Splash Mountain has a final fall of 60 ft instead of 52.5.
Nice pun at the end ;) Yeah, this was informative! I love Splash Mountain. Maybe cause I like rabbits, maybe cause I'm from the South, maybe cause I love the drop at the end... who knows?
Thank you so much for your feedback! Actually, Br'er and brother are the same thing. Br'er represents the old southern US pronunciation of brother. So brer' is how some people in the southern US used to say brother. :)
actually it's Brer, but some translations and incarnations of the classic tales have been changed to brair to little further it's connection from Uncle Remus and Song of the South, while still keeping the same stories and characters, so it's a moot point
Molly Margolis, Yeah that's true he did say that. In the Southern slave culture, "brer" meant brother, just like "ya'll" means you all. It was the slaves' southern vernacular of brother. So brother and brer are both correct, since they mean the same thing, but more modern podiums of the stories tend to use brother instead of brer to further itself from its slave roots and most people don't know what brer is or means. My bad for being redundant in some parts
I'm building a paper model of Splash Mountain from Disneyland right now. So far, I'm working on the track, or waterway, and to give it a water effect, I'm using laminated blue construction paper to give it a sparkling effect when sunlight hits it. My model is possibly gonna be the most complex and detailed model I've ever made I'm gonna uploads video of the model's progress on my channel. Please reply

Honestly I don’t care how anyone pronounce Br’er, brother there the same
Furthermore, there are actually a few times in the movie where Br'er Rabbit actually says "Brother Bear" and "Brother Fox."
Every time I heard "Brother Bear" I kept thinking of the movie. XD
One more fact worth noting is that the ride was inspired by the 1946 Disney film Song of the South
