Goldens are the most loving, caring and kissing dogs I have ever had over the last 20 plus years. They always have a stuffed animal in their mouth and are so gentle. They are dedicated to family and so sweet and sensitive as well. They are smart, funny, love to tease and catch tennis balls and very easy to train. Most of all they are clowns and love to play and for sure are protective of the family and the home. By the way those pup's that were born are HALF GOLDEN RETRIEVER and something else for sure. I wish I could walk good enough to take care of a Dog. I get to see My Best Friend's Yorkie named Q-tip pretty often. He lives with a Guy that has 3 other Dogs. I see them occasionally.
Get a tiny dog that can get enough exercise playing fetch in your apartment or house. I had a small dog for 11.5 years. I would take her to a dog park, but at home she was trained to puppy pads on the bathroom floor. If I didn't want to take her downstairs and walk her, I didn't have to.

They are still puppies no matter who the father is. Why are you saying that they are not puppies.
