Best possible outcome from a storytelling standpoint is that Black Siren and Quentin end up together in the aftermath of the explosion on the island and the 2 of them have to survive together. Quentin learns that Black Siren is partly the way she is because her Quentin is dead.
I think as to how E2-Laurel returned evil I think it's a Harley Quinn based problem. I think she was so consumed by loss that she wanted it go away and Zoom manipulated her, convinced her to give into her dark impulses and she did, and I think she went out of her way to impress him because he gave her a new purpose in life. I think this is why she so willingly followed Prometheus because she was imprisoned with no way out but he freed her and she served him out of gratitude. Of course both of these monsters only care for what she could do not for her personally so I hope Oliver can make her see this, and guide her back on the right path.

So Then Bruce contacts supergirl (martian manhunter is there too ) for help with superman, since he is an alien maybe they can bring him back, so Kara brings them to the Kryptonian ship in the north pole ( or wherever it is) and they ask jor el, or the computer for help, and they soon learn that they can save superman with yellow sun radiation (he regenerates like in BvS when they nuke him) And its teased that he will come back!

Honestly, I don't think it was Katie portrayal of Laurel that made me dislike the character it was the direction to show decided to take her in starting from the beginning. I think it would have been better if Quentin had been Larry Lance from the comics and the love interest (fiance, later husband) of Laurel's Kurt INSERTCREATEDRNAME (later Kurt Lance as he would take her surname) when Oliver return from the island. I like the part of the backstory wear Laurel learns to fight for herself which could have been in corporated into the storyline like with Desmond Lamar teaching her and then getting her Canary cry during a visit to Central City like all the other metahumans during the storm. They just made Laurel so complicated and basic it all at the same time.

I feel like the writers are trying to keep Black Siren as a Dinah Drake rival, I think E-2 Laurel is supposed to be a remainder but a strong enemy to team Arrow. Fans were salty about the producers killing off E-1 Laurel but now we have Dinah (Who essentialy has the same personality as Laurel but has a "real" Canary Cry) and we get Laurel back in a cool different way!

I'm thinking on Earth-2 after her parents got divorced Laurel left with her mother to go to Central City and without Laurel around her father's drinking got out of control and he ended up killing himself so she feels responsible for that
I think black siren was forced to be bad but more early on than that she was already becoming evil when her father passed and probably her sister because we don't hear anything about her sister and Universe 2 so I think it's more through conditioning not really being forced but she was conditioned to be evil without all of her there and without any of her friends there she kind of just fell into that I'm just going to be evil part because Zoom was the only one who was there
