@@steveloux4709 the best thing I ever did was hire an editor, he does the work 4x faster and 10x better than I could do and he's cheap! I could barely scrape together 5 hrs in a week to edit, and that's working 7 days a week 4am to 10pm. It was hire an editor or quit TH-cam 😬

When do you have time to sleep ? My wife and I built 4 homes in 15 years and I was spent working 50 hrs a week as a plumber then come home and work till dark on the house . Your Amazing people and unlike other chanels its clear you do your own work . Good Job !

I installed mini split systems in my house. My house stays significantly cooler and my electric bill has dropped by half. These systems are absolutely not a compromise. They are much better and more efficient than traditional central HVAC systems.

So what's the next incubator project you're taking up ? Are the boys going to get trained up as tradesmen like Dad and Mom ? Seems like you could use a young concrete guy in family to give Mom the entreprenuer a break, and a plumber would help round out the family's construction future... of course Ellie is going to be a Vet I presume ! Are you taking suggestions for the adjacent building's occupant of preference ? I think your ideal resident would be a TH-cam video editor with some musical background ? Maybe a UPS Store or shipper of some kind should be based there to augment the existing businesses need for delivery services ?

I'm surprised you didn't use a EG4 solar powered heat pump/ac, the Mr cool has that convenient flex hose on the line sets instead of hard line making it easier to install though.
I found my self wriggling to the end of the sofa trying to lift that AC unit with you! I hope it helped!

So with your Mr Cool unit, you didn't have to pull a vacuum on the lines you had installed? I understand you said pre-charged, did the lines between the condenser and evaporator already sealed with a check valve and externally opened once installed? Btw everything that you guys have been doing looks great.
