    🚨🚨UPDATE🚨🚨
The Bruins, just two days after signing him, have already cut ties with Mitchell Miller.

Thank the LORD. Absolutly horrible look for the team and management, and mostly for Sweeney.
I did see that the NHL deemed Miller ineligible to play in the league about a day after the signing. But I just don't know what was going through Sweeney's head at that time.

Sweeny has always been a Second rate GM.
Time for him to resign, NOW

There has to be a bunch of more deserving young guys out there, why take on all this baggage??

    • @ICBBRUINS
      @ICBBRUINS  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Exactly. That's why I said it's clear all Sweeney cares about is on the ice. Sure the guy might be able to play but all the vibes were ruined for zero real reason.

I heard Gary Bettman is going to disallow this bully from being in the NHL. Thank goodness!

Gary Bettman disallow this 14 year bully from the NHL. But the NHL allow a N H L player who when out after a game and got drunk got into a car accident which someone die and still let him play and after coach in the NHL 🤔

Bettman's comments were strange in all honesty. His words came off that he has the ability to pick and choose which player's crimes are more significant. But he also said what nearly everyone wanted to hear.

I've ranted about this on twitter but all I am gonna say is this: Sweeney is getting the backlash he deserves for this. Also, Miller is a huge jerk.

...and would become a bigger jerk if he captured millions of dollars along with the esteem of being a professional athlete.

its just really disappointing how they wanted to give him a second chance like I believe in second chances but come on when you make mistakes that go too far they are not mistakes anymore those are just your true colors that should not be awarded with anything ever

Sweeney the Weeny does it again. It’s like he’s trying to sabotage the team. So we’re the best in the league, let’s bring in some drama and division.

He was 14, I believe in 2nd chances

If he came from a good family then I'd say wires are crossed and maybe he shouldn't be allowed to play. I'm guessing he came from a troubled family and he could be a product of his environment. If he is truly remorseful and is willing to do anything to atone, then maybe he deserves a second chance.
Those who do not think he deserves a second chance, I assume you want to go through the other sports and kick out any who were affiliated with a gang. Gangs do much worse things and racial epithets fly around like mosquitoes in a swamp.

The judge who sentenced him to community service said he didn’t believe Mitchell was remorseful at all. Then, his agent told the Bruins that Mitchell had worked with several organizations in an effort to improve and rehab himself, and now it’s turned out that isn’t true, several of these organizations have said they have no idea who the kid is. And these statements/apologies by him, keep referencing it as the “incident” as if it’s just one singular act …. And on top of it all, they told the Bruins that Mitchell had spoken to the kid he bullied and was given “his blessing” to continue his NHL career. Which was another lie. Dude. How much more proof do you need, Mitchell is a sociopath.

Listen, there are reports that 2 or 3 teams would have signed him, this is the best team in the league, this is another, reason, why they are making a big deal, if another team signs, him that doesn't have the leadership that this team has, it doesn't make as much publicity, I don't condone what he did he was 14... I understand that this happened I believe until he was 18, but the kid can play
It's unfortunate and he may never play in the NHL, , I also believe that this is a strong organization with veteran leadership.
If any team can straighten him out it's this one.

Listen, Miller has (never) apologized to this learning disabled individual who he verbally and physically assaulted and their is no reason for any NHL franchise to sign him.......
