Flash flooding in Pennsylvania, York and Lancaster County - August 31, 2018

I live near there back in Tracy School Road. It was crazy, I uploaded some footage of the back of our neighbor's yard and the field next to it. This was the worst flooding York ever had, even beating out Agnes in 1972. Thankfully everyone near us was fine for the most part. This was by far the scariest disaster.

This is crazy west PA got it bad yesterday only on and off a few times in new cumberland yesterday I have never seen rt 30 flooded like that in 25 years thats just crazy bad drainage when everything flows into the creek when the creeks go up so does the sewage drains

The shot near the end of the truck was actually the truck drivers fault. The trucker went through the water, panicked and then backed up. Penndot guy said he was just a bad driver 😂😂😂
