If you're talking about the Starry Sky scene, I've actually already uploaded that video! (with really bad subtitles, because it was one of my earliest videos)

1) CDJapan (or any online retailer): You can buy the bluray set for around $70

If you're EVIL and you HATE MOEPII:
2) Nyaasi: A torrenting site that has the full live in 720p without subs. Idk much about torrenting but if you're familiar with it this might be your best bet

3) Bilibili: A site very similar to TH-cam that is popular in China. I couldn't find the original full 2nd Live, but there was a stream with Momoyo (Karen) and Haruchan (Mahiru) where they watch the 2nd live and provide commentary. If you don't mind hearing them talk during it, you can see the full live without needing to buy/download anything.
