Can You Beat Miitopia's Postgame Without Obtaining New Gear?

- Hello Luiginoids, this is LuigiXRules, doing another challenge video! In this video, I see if it is possible to beat Miitopia’s post game without obtaining new weapons or armor by any means. Whether it’s from the inn, chests, roulette, Traveler’s Hub Quests, or whatever, we are using the starting gear only! And yes, I know that ragged and amiibo clothing technically has worse stats, but those are technically new pieces of gear, and the whole challenge is to not obtain any new gear AT ALL. I know, it’s arbitrary, but that’s what I decided to do.

Well, at least the revive part of Vampire is accurate to the Bible. Or so I've heard.
Bro I really respect this guy cause I got miitopia 2 years ago and still haven’t beaten the tower of despair but this guy beat it on his first try with no new gear I have all legendary gear. Plus food buffs and horse.
Here are a tip for everyone.
The mii's speed decides their turn order so taking a mental or prefrrably a physical note of their speed can make it so you know their turn order. The speed stat can be looked at in the party menu.
I would also like to say that i have had trouble with the towers WITH major grub boosts and max levels and the best gear, and i genuinely believe i have learned something from this video to help me with that. Personalities and job combinations that are good, and elf is good. I didnt think elf was good before.
To rub more salt into the wound, Red Fiend has 4,000hp

I’m almost done with the Tower Of Despair
I think its because in the 3rd stage of District 1 its a level where there are no events to recover and there are 6 enemy encounters, some easy, some hard. I suggest you get Lv 25-30 with everyone and have lot of sprinkles, and use safe spot trick
Something about the Dark Sage:
It once had a corresponding boss, the Darker Lord. Not the Darkest Lord, the Darker Lord without the face power boost.

Sometime during the development of the 3DS version. For unknown reasons, the fight was scrapped. Remnants of the Darker Lord's fight animations can be found in the game's data, and the animation concepts were likely retooled into the Evil Sage's animations.

@@CR1MSONACE It’s also called the Light Sage in other regions. (my version had the Light Sage name)
Fun fact : When your mii is sick, it's gonna be long before he's not sick anymore, so just go fight the darkest lord and he's unsick (You can beat the darkest lord multiple times)
It’s based off how much exp other Miis earn, increasing with the level of the sick Mii. So just grind that one level to cure them even faster!

Try putting three level 1 Mii’s against the Left Hand. That way sick mii’s should be restored immediately.
Idea: Beating Miitopia without using any sprinkles or the safe spot.
I didn’t think that anyone made miitopia vids anymore, and seeing this has made me go find my switch and start playing again! :)

Great vid! Rare to see someone really know the ins and outs of this game (safe spot exploits, dance chaining, the detriment of low MP and high cost skills on certain jobs, etc.). I've felt this pain in a far lesser way doing a sprinkleless and no safe spot run through main and post game (made it through with many attempts and optimizations near the end for the Tower of Despair). Grats on completing this challenge!

Fun fact: The Calc King is actually based on a previous boss in the game after the Darkest Lord but it does not always work.

Once I was fighting a red orochi and the fight was 2 seconds my cleric used righteous anger or whatever the one shot is and landed it immidiately

That’s very possible, but not hard.
Have you ever used any access keys or makeup/wigs on your own miis because I'm only seeing regular miis in the Traveller Hub?

How to beat Miitopia without buying new gear: buy it all before postgame
I'm pretty late but even with level 25-30 with gear and food buffs it's still difficult to complete that level in Galados Isle as well as the Red Dragon. I think those enemies are just difficult no matter what upgrades you have :/
Here's a secret for sickness. Since 's left hand/'s right hand, and , the darkest lord require all 10 miis, going there if a mii is sick instantly cures the sick mii. Unless it's a mii you don't use, then you can ignore it. But of course, this is late advice and won't be of much use to you.
What personality is Jesus? I think energetic is the best personality for vampires.

Can the boss snurp inflict the praise status effect?
You should try no sprinkles, safe spot or horse. I found it really fun and the whole thing is possible(grub and equipment was used)
No horse is 100% possible, that’s just 3DS version. On there I did a no sprinkles run and no save spot run, so the whole game should be possible except maybe tower of despair
@@Sparkshot99 I've done no sprinkles and no save spot for Tower of Despair, it's possible but barely. The pharaoh room is hell on earth bc you can't block the Pharaoh condition in this particular fight with blindfold or safety goggles. I needed max gear, max level, and a max level cleric NPC to make it all the way through. And even than it was like 20-30 attempts. I did use horse just bc it was my first playthrough with a horse, just wanted an extra challenge for my second playthrough of the remastered games. I also super refrained from using the outing tickets bc they quickly become too OP.
Hey if anyone has any strategies to get your miis to level 50 I’m getting ready for the tower of despair so I’d like some help
You can use the snurp path in otherworld or use tickets when there is a big exp prize.
Get legendary Gear, Lv 30 relationships and atleast like +20 food grub stat. Also get 2500 faces saved for 999HP sprinkles, 500MP sprinkles, and a safe spot heal of 200HP and 50MP.
In tower, use safe spot trick until like last floor and barrier sprinkle on 6th and 7th floor. Put one targeted mii on the safe spot and the other outside with a barrier sprinkle.

I have a challenge idea. Can you beat Miitopia with only one job. (for example Warrior) Rules: All teammates will be the warrior class. You must be warrior for greenhorn, you can be whatever job for nextdor or relam of the fay. If you don't want a different job for nextdor or relam of the fay you could just stay in the safe spot. What do you think :)

I would do this challenge but I would buy clothes but use the basic stats because the designs of the basics sucks

Miitopia is my favorite game but since in never beat it (bc of the set everyone to 1 hp thing and i was a 6 year old) i never knew there was a post game 😂

a german youtuber actually had a similar thing tto this happend and it did 999 damage 4 times
It's even better with Horseplay, up to +4000 damage since Horseplay has a damage cap of 9999 i think (per hit)
@@KennyMxCormick Okay i dont k ow much about the switch version because I play the 3ds versionand the youtuber also did thay on 3ds, btw it even was an Ai mii that did that
Cool. Also i guess this is a very useful trick since you can deal 1998 damage in a single turn. That's like 1/5 hp from the dark sun. Further proof the cat job is overpowered
