I agree about being glad about even the 2 episodes per show, but unless I get a chance to watch the rest of OOO I won't know if I would agree about Eiji being kinder than Godai, although he's definitely kinder than Onodera.

FINALLY!!! Time to count the medals!!! This is ALWAYS the recommendation I would make to anyone wanting to get into Kamen Rider. Starting from Decade was great, W was awesome, and for OOO....SUBARASHI!!!!! The characters, the villains, and the story just excelled so much it would be my favorite of all Hesei riders and all riders.
I like when superhero shows make it clear why the hero ends up being the only one fighting the monsters most of the time. Or when normal people are shown joining the fight and being effective. Either way works.
So far, my fav is still Agito. Good story plot, not-boyband type of Rider, cool henshin (no complicated henshin items). I will put this OOO into my list. Hopefully the story plot is as good as or even better than Agito's.

You can't buy canroid without the Cell Medal. And I don't think normal people can buy or use the motor mode. Maybe, the vending machine will drop normal can.

HERE THEY ARE, MY BOYS AND MY GIRLS My absolute favourite rider show, I love everything of---well not everything (damn you OOO's section in the W crossover), but still, I can't say no to this show
I've 2 theories for that. It breaks into the spoiler parts, so if you're new to the season please skip this: 1. Kougami Foundation didn't remove the seal and tomb from the place of origin. Which means that the museum was built on the land where the 'Berserk King' accident happened. It just happened that the accident puts a toll on Ankh's consciousness and make him asleep for 800 years. The reason he was awake in this episode is because there are humans with greedy desires within close vicinity to the tomb and medals. And as we all knew, Greeed feeds on desire so... To counter this theory, the tomb was supposed to absorbed all cell medals back then. So even if Ankh's conscious core model wasn't absorbed into the tomb, how the hell there are cell medals around him to form a working limb? This brings to my other theory which is: 2. Dr M planned for the revival of Greeed, so he discretely placed Ankh's core medal and cell medals near the tomb. He did this as to not alert Kougami on his scheme.
I distinctly remember this show as being super goofy. This first ep at least is much darker than I remembered. I guess the scoring during Eiji's bits really makes the show feel more lighthearted than it actually is.
