Now I'm feeling physical symptoms like chest pain, constant trembling, rapid heart beat, no hunger, no thirst, no joy, very distressing thought cycle which doesn't make any sense, feeling anger, remorse, guilt and shame because I ruminate too much on past sins to the point where I'm self harming myself... I don't want to feel like this anymore it's been like this for 2+ weeks and I'm just so tired of it... I feel like im dead.
