    Wearing a sleeping mask was a real game changer for my sleep. I also started to take magnesium supplements as it helps with period cramps but now I'm curious to see what effects it'll have on my sleep. Thank you for this great video Melissa 🥰

    Great tips! I already implement most of these, but wanted to add that ear plugs might help some people. I can still hear my alarm, but it helps to drown out the neighbors & outside noise. I gave up coffee last year & switched to one matcha latte before 10 am & that made a huge difference for me. It does taste better in my Luke’s mug 😂

    Do you take the magnesium before bed or during the day?

      Usually during the day. There’s a chance it could make you sleepy so maybe try after dinner first to see how you feel!
