I'd love for you to meet one of my friends at my gym in SD. He does CrossFit, loves lifting, he's into D&D, video games, comicon etc, funny and a sweet guy. Also, he loves cats😉
How i met my husband : i am a dental assistant (for context i am the most introvert person alive) and my now husband walked in (as a patient) n i was like yes lol so i approached him i told him he was cute … dated for 2 yrs are now married 7 yrs in February. We have a beautiful daughter ❤
I love you Nikki, thank you for continuing to show up for us. You have no idea how much you’ve helped me get through some of the darkest days. We’re all growing and constantly changing, your ability to adapt is truly inspiring. Let the journey continue 💞
Hey Nikki! You’ve been such a huge inspiration of mine since I was like 18 and I’m now 29! 😅 I remember I got to meet you a couple times and one time I asked you what you’re biggest advice was (I think regarding fitness) and I got to tell you about my fitness journey. You told me that you honestly just wanted to influence people to love themselves and I was shocked because you even said you didn’t want to be a “fitness” inspo or girls to look at you and want your body you just said you’d rather influence girls just to be themselves. And that really stuck with me. I feel like younger you would be proud. ❤ I’m the oldest of 7 kids and you’re like the older sister I always needed. And had a chance to kinda have. I recently was broken up with by my boyfriend of 9 years. And life’s just been not so great. Watching your videos make me feel so validated and bring me feminine power! lol I feel like I can pull my energy back into myself and keep going. Thanks for radiating your sunshine! 🌞 ily! ✨
You got this babygirl! I’ve been there and believe me, things are getting way better after a breakup! Give yourself time to heal but don’t forget how wonderful and special you are💖
I think that's one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard, when you deal with insecurities, telling your self, "they can be beautiful and you can be beautiful too , you don't have to be their beautiful, you can be your own beautiful" 😍💕ugh!
Hanging out with you always makes me feel so cosy and nostalgic. You were one of the first ever TH-camrs I started watching! I don’t keep up with every video these days, but I always check in for the chatty ones to catch up on your life. Hope you’re having a lovely week, sunshine ladyyyy! 💛💛💛
hey nikki! unsolicited advice so feel free to skip entirely but ...please just in case you were thinking about it, dont rush your foot recovery. our feet have so many little small bones that support the rest of our body so it has to be a solid foundation so nothing worse happens. but yeah take it easy on it. you can do other things like swimming!
Your grief advice, I LOVE IT. Currently haven’t lost anything recently but yeah, you gotta just go through it. Live your life, cry about it and then time goes by
If you are considering taking the Nutrafol, check the drug interactions first (if you take any medications) because of the ashwaganda. Ladies- I’m talking to you on the Benzos
I got implants and had a bad reaction and had to take them out after having them for only 2 years. I didn't get better and have symptoms of so many autoimmune diseases and it has ruined my life. I wish I appreciated my smaller breasts.
Your problems are rooted deeper than breast implants. Check out the healing testimonies on TH-cam by Andrew Wommack. Julianne Hartman and Nicki have very powerful healing testimonies. It all brought me to the truth and I got healed of a decade of autoimmune and severe health problems. And I tried everything! Spent everything, and just kept getting worse or remaining the same at times. Now I live and have my life back. Blessings to you girl.
I’ve met my boyfriend at work 3 years ago, he was shy (i thought he wasnt interested at first lol) so I asked him out and we’ve been inseparable ever since 💕💕
So not sure if you’ll see this comment but you should get an X ray. If it’s still painful and taking a long time to heal you could have what’s called a Jones fracture and this don’t always heal on their own!
How I met my fiance - through friends, and then we became friends, and started dating a few years later. Meeting through friends gives you a great chance of having a lot in common I think, and being friends first is a great base for a relationship. He's honestly my best friend, and let me tell you now we're up half the night with a screaming baby that has never been more important!!
Dude do something about your foot, have you seen a physio? If there’s a tear on your tfa or tfp ligaments and you don’t rehab it, the scar will just be very tight and that might have an effect on your gait.
Honestly, having and setting high standards. Setting boundaries, and having zero problem moving on if they don’t meet your needs. I spent years dating lame guys and making excuses for their crap qualities. Additionally, fall in love with yourself, and know your worth. Your person is out there, I met my husband back in 2020 and he is amazing! He likes to make fun of me in regards to some of my ex’s, we laugh together lol.
I met my husband through bumble - we matched in the middle of the pandemic (2020), did 2 facetime dates that lasted 3+ hours and then met in person outdoors for a hike with our masks on 🙃. We were together for 2 years, got married and recently celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary
What’s your dating age range? I’ve always matched better with men a bit older than me. I met my now husband on Hinge and he was 39, I was 34. He was the only person I went on a date with and it was simply very refreshing to be dating at an age where speaking about what we wanted in our future (marriage, kids etc) didn’t feel weird or too much too early. I know you’re in your mid 30s so if you haven’t already, maybe date a bit older. Just a thought! You’re awesome and I feel like you’re going to land an AMAZING man one day🙌🏽🙌🏽
A 5 year difference isn't that much older, yall were still both in your 30s... OLDER is 10 plus years, that's when the age truly makes a difference and even then men are still more immature than women, they just have more life experience.
I met my fiancé through a mutual friend!! HIGHLY recommend being introduced via friends you already have - they can gauge who you would get on with the best imo!
Met on Hinge! Made my expectations (a relationship and not a pen pal) clear from the get-go. He loved that I knew what I wanted and what I deserved. Got married in Hawaii and had our son in 2023 ❤❤❤❤ So happy!! Do not settle ladies!!! And give all ages a chance. We met when I was 35, he was 27. He’s more mature than guys in their 40s!
As an older adoptee, please think that through all the way. Make sure you and your family are fully emotionally ready to support the trauma the child has endured.
Ahhh I’m the one that asked about insecurities! You said exactly what I needed to hear. I’ve been talking to a guy for 3 months, and it’s been so difficult not letting my anxious attachment get in the way and spark up my insecurities. I’m like you, I wonder why they’re not texting back and I question myself. Or I overthink and analyze everything. But you’re absolutely right.. it’s not that deep!!! I appreciate it!! 🖤✨
Great advice Nikki❤ one thing women should also think about, though: Narcissistic men might be manipulative without even realizing it. So technically, it's unintended, however, still dangerous and toxic. Sending all my good vibes and love to the gorgeous fems out there ✨️ 💕
Met my husband while taking out my trash in college. He was on a run and I’d gotten back from class early and it was trash day. He swears he’d never run down my street before, but I saw him passing by and just said “hi.” It was getting dark and he was in the zone so he didn’t see me and screamed. He kept running to the next house, and then doubled back to talk to me and made up a Halloween party to get my number. Together for 7 years and our daughter will be born in about two weeks.
App Dating Tip! I would always ask the guy how many dates he’s been on through the app (in a lighthearted way of course). If his answer is a low number, that’s a good sign. If you’re like 1 of 70 then watch out! 💀 From extensive personal research, I’ve found the dates were a LOT better when the guy was genuinely excited and not jaded by the whole dating app “routine” 😂
I love your Tarot Moon card pillow Nikki, where did you find it? I've been loving following your journey over the last 5 years or so. I love your vibe ❤
You opening up parts of your life to girl-talk and share with us is so comforting, you feel like an internet friend I’ve had for literal years now 💖 I’m always hoping for the best for you!
Nikki please, before you recommend supplements please familiarize yourself with the contraindications. Ashwagandha is a powerful herb and has many uses, but there are contraindications. There are some links to liver damage for example. It’s also an adaptogen. Not safe for breastfeeding or pregnancy. Hyperthyroid patients also should talk to their doctor and do further research. It can be unsafe to take with a variety of medications like meds for anxiety, sleep, relaxants or sedatives, anticonvulsants, benzodiazepines, hypoglcaemic and hypotension, immunosuppressive. There’s extensive research on just this one single ingredient. I know it’s up to each individual to be responsible, but not all people are. It’s worth mentioning when promoting a supplement to remind people to read the labels and talk with their doctors and pharmacist. Love you always!!
Yes! I love nutrafol! I def recommend as well! I lost my hair line with pregnancy - postpartum and I used the postpartum supplement which is safe for breastfeeding and it was wonderful. My hairline came back in thick and healthy and I def think nutrafol helped to speed the process of growing back strong hair. Aside from that I also did scalp massages often to get blood flow circulating, and used leave in conditioner (I love shea moisture 100% coconut oil - daily hydration leave-in) and hair oil (fable & mane smooth & shine hair oil) on my ends to help keep them healthy. I also used the bondi boost shampoo and conditioner…so yea, I was desperate…it looked like I was balding..it was horrible so nutrafol was amazing but it had some help too. I still recommend it though and am still taking it, the regular women’s version now! I hope this helps someone!
When you said that thing about recognizing difficult people are just humans having a human experience.. I often say something similar to myself which is "they are alive for the first time, just like me".
I totally agree on the implants!!! They definitely make people look much more matronly 😂 glad you're loving being free. Also, kudos on thriving in your 30s and learning not to put up with BS. It's like.. if I don't like it, you can't make me. Thanks for being you! Also love that sobriety has taken over you 🙌🏻 alcohol is ethanol after all... its funny how people drink poison as a form of celebration. Feeling amazing is the best feeling!!! Why would anyone pay money to sabotage themselves. Makes literally no sense. Also it's a depressant so like why would you wanna pay money to depress yourself... it's crazy but like why does it have to be such a thing if you don't like to drink? Anyway, have a lovely night. Thanks for sharing with all of us 🫶🏻✨️
I take 20 grams of vital proteins collagen and it really does work with hair and nail growth. It takes about 3 months of daily use to see the difference. Plus my hip doesn’t hurt anymore.
This has absolutely changed my life, like legitimately. I’ve been doing it for like a year and I’m religious about it, take it on vacations with me. It’s made such a difference in making my extremely fine hair feel more full, and it’s even grown a little bit longer. Which has been a struggle for the better part of the last decade.
Personally, the majority of my energy was being spent on myself and my progress (massage therapy education), but I wanted to explore what and who made me happy. I didn't take it seriously until someone was worth it. I explored, I had fun, I became "invested" in idiots (but had so much going on for myself it actually didn't affect me that much). Then, the right person was moving across the country, we stayed in touch while I kept casually seeing locals, then he was moving back and that was that. Together for 2.5 years now and very locked in. I think the key is keeping your own identity and having things going for yourself so that your worth isn't wrapped up in relationship success. :)
Yoga teacher here! Your poses look great! Most likely your instructor isn’t showing you the pose not because they assume you have it already lol but because they want to cue you into it so that you don’t risk comparing where your pose is to theirs. One of the limbs of yoga is ego, or removing it lol
Eh I think that’s lazy and ineffective teaching though. So many people are visual learners. You can’t simply rely on audio cues. -Health Educator and YTT200
Girlie in a relationship of 6 years… friends, friends of friends, ect are the way to go! There is a sense of security dating someone who someone you know introduces you to. Kinda helps with the fear stage of “is he normal? Is he a crappy person? Ect”
How I met met person (my current fiancé) was literally from snapchat. It was the most random thing to happen but all it took was giving someone a chance and always taking time to understand them for who they are, no showboating or lying to make someone like you for you. It can be difficult and take time to find someone who sees YOU and not your persona.
Do you get other symptoms? Like bloating, sickness or anything? For some people as they get older they have allergies to certain alcohol. Whereas my bro will only drink if he’s going out like clubbing in a group setting. If he’s by himself or small group or with dinner. He doesn’t drink.
I feel the exact same when drinking. I used to be able to drink but about 28 years old my body started saying nope it’s not for you anymore. Even just one or two sometimes makes me feel terrible. I don’t know what changed🤷♀️
There are 8 billion people in this world. Nobody cares what you're doing for more than like.. .2 seconds if that. Lol love being in my thirties. I don't care anymore.
I would actually love to see a full day of eating from you, I feel like you are very consistent and used to “intuitive eating”. I have a trainer and they gave me a food plan that’s pretty much the same every day and it sounds mundane but in reality it’s what your doing eating very much the same everyday and you feel good.
For your foot you should try acupuncture and red light therapy. I totally messed up both patellar tendons a couple years ago and nothing was working I even tried PT and it made it worse. I bought a red light therapy pad from novaa lab and used it everyday for 20 minutes in conjunction with acupuncture and it is 99% better. If I do tweak it I just use the red light therapy for a day or two and it’s back to normal.
How I met my husband: I have been on and off online dating but kept dating toxic men. Until I did the internal work on myself and stuck to those boundaries/ stopped dating boys who were emotionally unavailable or didn’t offer what I was looking for, was when I met my husband on bumble. We have been together for 4 years now and we align on so many levels. We both had a dachshund of our own, named after Harry Potter characters (Dobby and Luna) and that helped seal the deal 😂😉 but really be picky with who you date and don’t just go for a guy because he’s very attractive…yes, looks matter to a degree but really it sounds cheesy but it’s what counts on the inside that really matters.
Met my husband on a dating app, but we had to do some long distance for a few months. He is a gamer guy which was not my type at all, but also played basketball in college and is extremely artistic so very well rounded. We've been married 5 years, have a 2 year old little boy who looks just like his daddy and another little boy due in January
Met my husband at work :) Both in the military, stationed in one of the worst areas known to man, and we formed a quick friendship. I friendzoned the guy instantly, and he held strong for 6 months until I gave in and agreed to start dating (in secret, my command was full of immature jerks) and we've been married for 12 years :))))
I met my husband nearly 7 years ago now on tinder, I actually went in with low expectations because he was a bit of a catfish on his photos, meaning he looked different in each one 😂 he was into different activities sports wise than me but that’s what intrigued me as he was very outgoing. We both did like video games so we had that in common to start with. I think it is great to have one similar interest but I like the opposite attract kinda thing as I was going for the same type of person every time & that liked the gym like me. I made the right decision back then & now we are expecting our first child in May so dating apps can be successful 😊
Oh btw I met my partner in a mutual activity, we met doing ju-jutsu and almost 12 years later we both still train and have a son together. But. We were good friends first. When he told me he likes me, I was kinda seeing another guy casually and told him, I want to see that trough. He waited. He new he needs to be calm with me and not push me and he waited and in the end he got me and we’ve been together since. (: You’ll find your person, but just know he might be someone who you (at first) don’t think about romantically. I think my man is the most handsome guy in the world, but I only started to think that when I got to know him and learned how freaking smart, caring and open for communication he was. Best friend forever.
I'd love for you to meet one of my friends at my gym in SD. He does CrossFit, loves lifting, he's into D&D, video games, comicon etc, funny and a sweet guy. Also, he loves cats😉
I was just about to say the most successful relationships I know are when people introduce you to mutual friends.
Real or imaginary 🤡
@@reddirtprincess thats how my husband and I met :)

@ thank you! 🫶🏼😘
I think that's one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard, when you deal with insecurities, telling your self, "they can be beautiful and you can be beautiful too , you don't have to be their beautiful, you can be your own beautiful" 😍💕ugh!
not saying this isn’t helpful but books like skin radiance recipe by mrs. d make this advice look like child’s play
Such a real one, rare honest beautiful soul. We appreciate you and these Q&A’s
Always cool to hear you ramble about life 😅 I like to hear ppls perspectives on things. Happy Thanksgiving Miss 🤙🏼
hey nikki!
unsolicited advice so feel free to skip entirely
but ...please just in case you were thinking about it, dont rush your foot recovery. our feet have so many little small bones that support the rest of our body so it has to be a solid foundation so nothing worse happens. but yeah take it easy on it. you can do other things like swimming!
Totally agree with not caring what others think about me in my 30s. Love it
I ove your QAs. Please do it like once a month :)

Yes to QnA part two. Thoroughly enjoyed this 🥰
Dealing insecurities and saying everyone is beautiful in thier own way is so helpful ❤ thank you

I can't drink anymore either. It makes me feel poisoned immediately.
Me too! Two drinks and I vomit.
God I find you so cathartic and relatable!!! :D
Happy thanksgiving!! Loving the cideos lately!
so many people invest their energy in the wrong products instead of exploring skin radiance recipe by mrs. d which teaches you exactly what to do
As an older adoptee, please think that through all the way. Make sure you and your family are fully emotionally ready to support the trauma the child has endured.
How old were you if you don’t mind me asking?
I feel you on the alcohol! I just feel so poorly and my stomach doesn't agree with it so it just seems so much less worth it .
Ahhh I’m the one that asked about insecurities! You said exactly what I needed to hear. I love the human thing - nothing but everything matters. I have been a huge yogi for years and I think that mindset comes from yogi

Still using your juicer?
Highly recommended get acupuncture regularly for your ankle and foot- it really helps heal muscle pains, and bone fractures!!!
Miss you may want to get your ankle checked out. X-ray..
Vlogmas plsssss ❤️💚❤️💚❤️
I explanted almost 2 years ago and so glad I did too :)
Happy Turkey Day 🦃

After starting to use Normotim, I’ve noticed significant improvements - I feel calmer and more focused. Has anyone else noticed this?
You’ve gotten way better looking as you got

Met my husband at work :) Both in the military, stationed in one of the worst areas known to man, and we formed a quick friendship. I friendzoned the guy instantly, and he held strong for 6 months until I gave in and agreed to start dating (in secret, my command was full of immature jerks) and we've been married for 12 years :))))
I’ve been married 13 years and 1,000% agree with you!
Do you still have the house you bought in Texas? 🏠
Honestly…my husband started as a one night stand and he basically never left 😂 10 years later we’re still together!
Side note - you are so beautiful!
How are the cats?
she chose her fate....
You’ll find your person, but just know he might be someone who you (at first) don’t think about romantically. I think my man is the most handsome guy in the world, but I only started to think that when I got to know him and learned how freaking smart, caring and open for communication he was. Best friend forever.
