The PS5 has a lumen & nanite feature which you can activate by turning on 60fps quality mode in fortnite settings

It looks good but it kinda looks delayed , like when you hit something with your pickaxe or switch weapons

The ps5 is a 4K console and Fortnite is optimized for the ps5 That's why 1080p isn't as good compared to 4K
