Nice video, now can someone tell me what is the function of this product? Is it to wash and dry your ass every time you evacuate so that you never have to buy toilet paper???
Why do I get the suspicion this is just a studio toilet where they put the outlet there to sell this thing. Because never die ever seen an outlet next to a toilet.
Glad you showed how those rubber grommets fit in. I wasn't using those properly and couldn't get the mounting bracket to stay put. I was going to resort to some silicone but thankfully saw your video first. ;-)
@@frenchustube If the extension cord is connected to a bathroom gfci that is next to the sink, how is this bad advice? Also you could just swap out the reg recepticle with a gfci. Problem solved.
Seems very expensive for a product that doesnt explain what is the maintenance protocol. How do you scrap water tubes from the inside? What kind of detergent you use?

How did you get the supply line to disconnect from the shut off valve? Mine looks like yours does in that there appears to be no nut to actually turn. When I turn the nut that's connected, it turns the entire shut off valve and the line won't disconnect.
Outlets are typically not found behind or next to a toilet. If one is installed in a bathroom, it must be GFI protected to auto shut off per code if it were to get wet
How could this thing possibly heat the water?? There's no hot water tank! There's NO WAY such a small device could possibly heat completely cold water in that size package, not unless there's a TINY reservoir in there somewhere & the water pressure during warm water mode is MINISCULE!
Unfortunately I couldnt install because it kept leaking at the T-adapter. The instructions said to install the rubber with narrow side up, yours were reversed. Should I reverse the rubber?
I’ve been thinking about getting a bidet for my toilet and I’m taking your video as my sign to take the plunge and buy it. Thanks for the video, will be using it when mine arrives 😊

Sooo how common are wall outlets at the bottom next to a toilet?
I wonder about that too... my outlet is next to the bathroom door, i dont think it's safe to use extension outlets.
Definitely not in England. You would be lucky enough to find a shaving outlet.
Should also ask how many bathrooms have wooden floors
@@viciousatomsk9971 it's not real wood :P
Not common at all. Easy install for an electrician to throw one in for you
Love bidets! Every home needs these
Totally agree, it’s more sanitary and reduces paper usage
Love the electrically insulated screwdriver
Who has an electric outlet right near the toilet?
Most people don't.
Can you install the outlet right behind the toilet of it's GFCI protected?
Do they do one you don’t need to plug in? Sadly not really useful in uk bathrooms as there are no plugs
Exactly, standard mains sockets not allowed in UK bathrooms and I doubt if it runs off a shaver socket...
hmm, I have never seen an electric outlet mere inches away from a toilet, and not sure I;d want one that wasn't gfci
It’s GFCI protected 👍🏼🔥💪🏼
Of course it’s gfci
Cool 👍
My only question is how do you sit on the bidet toilet itself without falling off or losing balance?
the same way you sit on any other toilet...? lol
@Solid Rock yeah, what? Lol is this lady just falling off toilets left and right?
Seems futile! Good video. Ok I got to get back to laboring!
lol, super easy install - worth the investment 👍🏼🔥
I don't think that word means what you think it means.
Where can I get one? HD ?
you can get one on Fluidmaste's site at bit.ly/FM-HRT-SOFTSPA - also use HRTPROMO1 to get 10% off the price at checkout, hope that helps out :)
This particular Bidet is overly complicated to install. I just installed a Luxe Bidet in my home and it was a much simpler process.
Why didn't you show a complete review of how it works with a real butt? Jk. Great video!
What a pain in the ass... Literally...
Nice video, now can someone tell me what is the function of this product? Is it to wash and dry your ass every time you evacuate so that you never have to buy toilet paper???
Correct 👍🏼
I like it a lot only problem is a lot of toilets are build a a way from electric outlets ..!!!!
For me, having to make a new outlet for the toilet would be a pain in the @$$
Why do I get the suspicion this is just a studio toilet where they put the outlet there to sell this thing. Because never die ever seen an outlet next to a toilet.
Exactly
You will first need to install an electric outlet next to the toilet before even thinking of installing a bidet like this one. It looks great however!
Exactly!!
Luckily for me there is already one next to it
Glad you showed how those rubber grommets fit in. I wasn't using those properly and couldn't get the mounting bracket to stay put. I was going to resort to some silicone but thankfully saw your video first. ;-)
Sadly, I don't have an electrical outlet next to my toilet
I am in the same boat, I got the shattaf wand by Brondell. It works amazing and easy install
Get a Extension chord, problem solve.
@@lynxs_crcclassicrockcovers7007bad advice. you need a GFCI plug for the ground or you could get electrocuted!
@@frenchustube If the extension cord is connected to a bathroom gfci that is next to the sink, how is this bad advice? Also you could just swap out the reg recepticle with a gfci. Problem solved.
@@michaelhinchey It would be a sloppy looking connection having extension cords running from your toilet all the way over to the sink outlet.
Great if you have electric. I don’t know anyone that does in this area.
all bathrooms should have a GFCI, you can wire another outlet off that to power the bidet 👍🏼🔥
@@HomeRepairTutor Some of us rent though...
once you use a bidet it ruins you for other toilets, great video as usual
lol, yes that’s for sure, especially bidets with heated water and heated seats, thank you 🙏🏼🔥
thats what we keep hearing......one of these days maybe well try it
I hate using the toilet at work. No bidet. Lol
@@turboflush lol, ya, that might be hard getting use to
Does the water pull from the tank or does it pull from the main water line
The main water line

Who has an electrical outlet by the stool.
So most 1 piece toilets are incompatable because there's no way to secure the screws that hold the bidet
My favorite moment in this video is when he told me which step was important.
What's the most important step a man can take? The next one.
How long does the water take to heat up from when it starts spraying?
Right after it freezes your but hole shut🤣
You dont like bullets of icy water?
Another reason to get a bidet is that toilet paper eventually sticks to your cast iron pipes and will clog them.
Thompson Brenda Robinson David Hall Sharon
wont work for me as I am uk - No electricity supply to there.
Thank you so much for this. Helped me immeasurably installing one of these today 🙏🏼
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
this guy looks scarily like my uncle
Love that shower!
Oh, in this video,
it doesn't look complicated at all !!!! (scoffs)🥴
If you're a plumber.
What’s the name of the shower tile? Thanks
that’s a special hexagon tile from tilebar.com, here’s a link

Thank you for the grommet in water tip; it made the installation go so much faster and easier!

How much the cost of bidet seats
Around $400 for this model
So it does require 110-120v to run?
Yes this model require 15amp 120V
Exactly what I needed. Thank you.
Good job..frfr
Because someone out there needs this, especially those who diarrhea bowels...frfr
Well, folks with health problems can benefit a lot from a bidet, like a sitz bath
Thank you!

I saw what you did there 😊
Is this supposed to be an easy install? Seems like too much work to do. I'll stick to my toilet paper and wash my hands afterward. Enough said
This isn't the flex that you think it is
talking too fast and too fast video; not beginner friendly.
I'm offended that you're installing a Biden in your toilet.
Some say it's the best way to cleanse after taking a Trump 🤣
@@Rick-the-Swift 🤣🤣🤣
I need warm water. Not cold water
Yes when you have only a toilet in the bathroom but when everything is already installed and you have no room you can not do shit
I got the same boots. I also got the same boots in blue.
⚡️⚡️⚡️nice you didn't let the terd shock you! 😂 Insulated screwdrivers 🪛 are the best for that!
