Amazon should consider creating an internal organization that speaks for employees. In fact, there should be a number of such organizations: warehouse employees, AWS developers, Amazon developers, etc. I don't know enough about Amazon's internal organization to offer better suggestions. This should be done thoughtfully and with the participation of employees. Doing this would help employee morale, especially if the employees get to select the leaders of these internal organizations and if Amazon leadership listens to what these organizations have to say.

This CEO took a 200million dollar bonus and we asked him for a few bucks more an hour and a christmas bonus. He recently told ALU " He's Disappointed" Well Sir before inflation befor the pandemic before the supplychain issues. Jeff more than doubled the minimum wage for everyone nationally. Well the minimum wage is about to be 15 in massachusettes. Why we still at 16.45 and you dont want us to mention unionizing?

“We have that choice”(with regard to unions) but obviously there’s going to be a degree of intimidation, I’m in a right to work state where I can be fired for any reason, and I’ve seen the leaked videos instructing managers to watch out for signs of unionizing. Obviously a big part of this is that it’s going to hit their bottom line and slow down productivity(to the benefit of the overworked employees) and require them to be paid more. Will it be too much, and is it fair? I don’t have the answer to that, but to pretend as though it’s a simple choice for us workers, who may or may not even be educated on union laws, seems misguided. And in this neoliberal age, Jassy’s net worth is 30,000 times that of a bottom line employee’s yearly wage.

A number of times Jazzy said that Amazon was a small share of some global market. But that's misleading. Global market refers to the entire world. What's more important is the shave Amazon holds of particular markets such as developed countries, developing countries, etc,
