I'm in the market for a similar van and noticed a Slwb Hiace for $16k with 230k km on the clock so your price was ok with the lower kilometres. The trend thats occurring now are bigger and newer Renaults are going for much the same price.
Wow, $22500. I now feel like we got ours for a bargin. We got ours for $8500 admittedly with a generous family discount, it only had 154,000 km on it and free from any major panel damage. They had trouble selling it , I suspect because it was configured for a wheelchair access. Of course we may end up finding it there are multiple mechanical problems and have already had a fuel filter problem as it had sat for a good 12 months with virtually not being driven. Still it made it back ( just) from Brisbane to Adelaide so at least the motor is in sound condition. I tell you what these things are noisy without the floor in ;)
@@ConnorTalks11 My wife bought it off her sister who had it gifted to her but was unable to sell it. Not sure how much effort she put in but its to our advantage. Did have a problem on the trip back with loss of acceleration and cut outs but this looks like it was a blocked fuel filter. Pity I had to pull out the existing floor to get to it but I was going to put sound deadening/insulation under anyway. I'll just make sure there is an inspection hatch this time. Its damn noisy without the floor. Other than that it seems to run ok and can slowly get started on the project.
Wish toyota made a good shape van with all wheel drive . These are no good for dirt tracks as way to low . The old VJ VM transit van was an awesome shape . Toyota really need to update this van and put a bigger engine in them . They would make a killing here .
