Fil, I did write a message to this. EDIT 'The Hu are from Mongolia. They 'throat sing' and blend tradational instruments with western ones. This is included in the game's soundtrack. The words are a made up language so no subtitles. I'm using this song to promote my group 'indigo earth' on The Fable Sphere'. #QcumberSquad #TheHU - Fil, I'm off back to the study.
Wow how extremely talented how incredible man they blew me away such talent was transported to a magical place ..Phenomenal ..Frank has incredible taste in music loved your amazing reaction loved everything about this thanku so much love an God bless always from Cyprus x
Love these guys! And they just got better on their new album! You mentioned the Maori "haka" and one of the new songs Yut Hovende sounds like that. Mongols conquer again!
Yes, a Star Wars video game. The Game developers wanted something for a space ship fight sequence. "Pew Pew!" They took an existing song, "Black Thunder", and wrote "alien" words for it to make it not of Earth. Which I think is they way they sound anyway. Enkush can really shred on two strings! In the last shot Gala is holding Luke Skywalker's original lightsaber hilt. The Hu do some pretty phenomenal Metallica covers as well.
Recommend The Hu's "Wolf Totem" (not the version with Jackoby Shaddix, where it feels he treats them like a backing band on their own song). Or, "Yuve, Yuve, Yu" (either their original or with Danny from From Ashes to New). Their song "A Woman's Song" is wonderful with Lzzy Hale from Halestorm. They must be the only Metal Band who have all been trained at their country's Conservatoire. 😲 😂 They are wonderful, and their Internet presence is so good. They even have a cookery series.. "Hu's in the Kitchen". 😂. The instrument with two strings is a horsehead fiddle. Someone may give you a more technical name.
This was done for a game and one of the composers of the soundtrack had seen their video for the song Wolf Totem and suggested and told her husband that she wanted them to be on the soundtrack for the game they were composing the soundtrack for and the rest is history. ❤️🔥🤘
You should listen to Black Thunder part 1 and 2 and part 3 I can't spell the name of part 3 but it's AWESOME!!! THE 2 stringed instruments are called Morin khuurs or horse head fiddles, the guitar is called a Tovshuur or Mongolian lute, and the jaw harp. I LOVE THE HU!!!
its the soundtrack from the Star wars game, they singing it in alien language. they have new videos Black Thunder Part 1&2( in mongolian language ) they have more powerful songs Wolf Totem, Sad but true . please react more of them
6:09 these guys are Mongolian, the Mongols don’t march, they ride on horseback. The swarms part you got right though, the Mongol Horde’s battle groups were in 4 “sizes”, 10/100/1000/10000 troops.
He's starting the reaction... I never was star wars fan, then switch to the Harry Potter... Man please don't insult Star Wars community with those comments please

3:09 if you think this song is similar to New Zealand Hakka, then you need to watch the Hu’s “Wolf Totem” with CC turned on for translation 😏
Love you....if you haven't check out their Wolf Totem....you will likely love them even more. Be sure to translate to English.
Not sounds like .. IT IS MONGLIAN ..Folk/Metal
Its mongolian as in the band playing it is mongolian- but they are NOT singing in mongolian in this song.
