Depends on your budget actually. I hardly purchase expensive skincare products so I am not sure about the best. I have dry skin and I use Isana gel moisturizer for my face and I find it doing well for me

I have not used it, I think its okay to use if its not making you uncomfortable. I dont like waterproof sunscreen on face because it makes my face kinda oily and sticky
