It will be interesting how this blushes will look on top of a foundation like the airbrush flawless filter, using a full coverage foundation brush applying them .. the dipper shade as a bronzer, blush and around the face , and the pink shade will act more like highlighter . 🤔 if you will try this i will challenge you to use the dipper one as a one eyeshadow with you fingers and on the lips as well ( tapping it well with the fingers with a deep lipliner and a transparent gloss on top ) 😂😂😂 this will help me understand what I am thinking about this product 🤔 😂😂😂
GREAT idea, as usual, Irit. I have also found that a goat's hair brush, rather than anything with any synthetic fibers in it, works well when using these just as a blush. And fingers too. But any synthetic in the brush really just absorbs the shade but not the dew and ruins the look. Trial and error. Haha.

But, yes, with texture, this is a product that has to be worked with and I know you ain't got time for that!

I’m looking at Dior in particular for this week.
LAUGHING so hard right now. That is ABSOLUTELY the issue. It's the shirt. The funniest thing is that I didn't even REALIZE it until I filmed the intro. I had completely forgotten. Therein lies the problem. Not that I didn't wear it so much as I didn't THINK to wear it. The ABANDONMENT issues were too much for the makeup gods. Haha. Yes. Exactly. This is NOT limited edition and can totally wait. They're lovely and dewy but skin smoothing? Heck no.

Hello Linda! You got it. As soon as the family gets up this morning and we have some sunlight (I get up painfully early for work), I'll get those swatches up for you on insta. Oh how interesting! So you had a blush go WAY too glowy with a brush application, too? Interesting!
Swatches going up on Insta now for ya! 😊
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thanks Rebecca💕! You’re the best!
I’m incredibly naughty. I bought the blush in major at full price!! I realised it all ships from the USA (to the UK). Same with Huda and PMG. Probably post Brexit 😭😭😭😭 xx
I was going to say AND Pat McGrath but I now see she's on your list. Wayne Goss too and Sonia G we can add. So frustrating and, yes, Brexit caused a few sticky issues with EU warehouses, etc and tariffs. Oh the world we live in, Michelle. Politics affecting makeup! Haha. SIGH!!!
The things you do for the cause😂!! I ordered Miniskirt a couple of days ago; in my experience it'll take nearly 2 weeks to get to the Netherlands. I don't know whether they make it swim or something, haha! I hope it doesn't emphasise my well earned texture!!
Please let me know, Ann, as I'd love the information to spread to others who ask. It really looks like the foundation underneath does not matter but the applicator does. I did SO much better with a beauty blender BUT the brush gives a nice shine....and some well earned texture along with it!
I was waiting for a review on these. I don’t have any VB products, and I have dry skin, and small pores, or invisible. But, I wonder if this cream blush brings out things you never knew you had. 😸. Idk. Looks great on you, especially when you used it with the sponge.
Hello Janice! With a sponge you'd be perfect and maybe a teeny bit of a brush after just to induce a bit of dewiness! I love her products. This one is a tad fussy but still lovely!
Ouuu, these look gorgeous! I love cream blush but, I refuse to have any more than a few at a time because of the shorter shelf life 😔 Lessons learned the hard way lol give me every powder at once though 😁 I can't remember if I've seen you review the Chanel powder blush (the "bubble" ones, can't remember the name) thats something I would enjoy 😍 great review Rebecca.
Hello there!!! I LOVE the Chanel powder blush but have never reviewed them on the channel. I should! And, yes, you're right. The cream blushes do not last as long as good old, trusty powder. I tend to be a powder person anyway, frankly!
Great video !! Sheer determination to solve the issues, that’s dedication for you 😉 great colours it’s a pass for me as I have the BB cream blush in melon and the hourglass cream blush both are very similar colours to (rollerskate ) . That colour looked really pretty and fresh on you , but took some work for the application 😂 🤗❤️
Hello Bridget! Goats hair brushes and good old fingertips seem to have solved the issue. haha. But YES, exactly, it's still MORE BLUSH. EEEEEK!
This video is so funny Rebecca . If our husbands watched it w us they would think we are nuts how serious we take our products and application. 😅
I actually caved over the weekend and ordered the safe shade playground the nude one. I have so many cream blushes it was hard to find a color I don’t already have. I just got the rose Inc in heliotrope in Sephora and I love it. I totally see in the video how it made it look like you actually applied highlighter so crazy that the brush caused that but now I know that when mine comes I’m gonna use my fingers or a sponge. I have some redness to my cheeks so I have to be careful on what type of shade of pink I get but roller skate is so pretty but not for my skin .
AUDRA!!!!!!! I filmed a GRWM trying new makeup and I haven't been able to publish it yet...too many new releases getting ahead of that video in line...but, in it, I use that Rose Inc Heliotrope and it's AMAZING isn't it? Better than this product, I have to tell you. In fact, I'd say that Rose Inc is the best cream blush out there. It's sensational. Enough about that. sorry. Got carried away. My husband absolutely thinks I'm nuts "trying on lipsticks" as he puts it. Haha. Oooo, that nude VB shade is very pretty. Please let me know, if you can.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I agree. I’m obsessed w the heliotrope. It’s like a pink nude on me but just looks so natural on me I love it. The case tho does look like a toilet seat cover 🤣. I never heard of this brand rose Inc and just bought it without even looking Into reviews first and that’s the color my eye gravitated too in Sephora. Not sure why it’s called apricot though as a description. I thought apricot was more orange color. Anyway. I hope I’m gonna like this vb blush now I guess I can always return it. How do you always get the products so fast ? Your reviews are so great I really look forward to your uploads because I laugh while getting some good info 💕
@@makeupjunkie723 You'll laugh more when I tell you that I thought, "Heliotrope is described as APRICOT???" No way! Haha. I didn't even realize that. Toilet seat cover! Hilarious. So true. And the blush gives us a nice FLUSH! hahaha. Thank you for your kind compliments. I am so glad you're here!
Hi Rebecca, it's funny you mentioned texture. I went on the VB site to view all the colors. The younger models all showed texture and pores. It must be the nature of the blush. I have larger pores and texture so I will pass on this one. Too bad because the colors are beautiful. Xxxx
Really Sara???????? I need to look at that!!!!! Wow. Yeah. It’s troublesome! I’m going to the site to look now!
For someone who isn't a make up artist I might struggle if I have to work with it. I love VB products and the ones I have are brilliant. Thank you for doing the video and giving us an honest review. As someone which oily skin and I have trouble keeping my foundation in place even with primers I will have to give this one a pass sadly. Maybe she will come out with a powder blush someday. As always Rebecca you look great.
I hate to say this because we LOVE new fun makeup but, reading your comment, this is money saved for you. It'll be frustrating and not fun for you. I hate to say it but I have to be honest! Fine, tho, money available for something you'll LOVE instead!!! 😍
Oily skin, enlarged pores which are generally emphasized anyway with glowy products, so thanks for this. Those shades are pretty but I can safely pass on these without FOMO. Cheers Rebecca
Money saved with no FOMO is the BEST, Carolyn! More money to use on something you'll truly love instead. 😍
Huh...I think I'm going to skip this release. I don't need to emphasize any flaws that I might have on my face. Age does that already 😂 Also don't let those Coffeemate haters get you down. My coffee has more cream than coffee most mornings.
Hahaha! I had some coffee with my Sweet Cream Coffee Mate this morning!!! Hahaha. This blush is very nice but, yes, it's a bit diva like when applied haha.
Ahhhhhh…… Uhuh, yep. I see where you went wrong there. Yeah, it’s pretty obvious actually. I can help you with that……. You didn’t wear the shirt. You’ve displeased the makeup gods. Wear the shirt and I’m sure it will fix all the texture and everything. Lol… I am of course joking… I want these but I have less money this week and I might need to focus my smaller budget on limited edition releases so that I can grab them before they sell out.
Heck no.
If a blush is over 50 dollars and after taxes blah blah this is 🙈 I don’t want to have a learning curve on top of that 2 🤷🏽♀️ strong pass looking forward to that Patrick Ta blush palette instead
My review on the Patrick Ta is coming tomorrow morning 😉
I was so excited about these but I think I’ll have to skip this launch. I prefer products that can be applied nicely no matter what tool I’m using. I travel a lot, and I have a toddler, so I like products that aren’t so finicky. The colors are gorgeous though!
Hello Dyuti! The colors are gorgeous and the dewy look is lovely but, yes, they're a bit tricky for sure!
I wouldn't usually skip a VB release, but I'm so cream blushed out 😫I don't even have it in me to pick out colours I'd potentially buy haha
Hello Lydia! It's cream blush overload for SURE!!!!
