You should learn about food combining to give you an edge over your competitors, It is the water rich raw foods that digest the quickest and should be eaten first. FIT FOR LIFE is one book that introduced the world (again) to proper food combining decades ago back n the 1980s. There are many others, You NEVER want to save the fastest digesting food until the end unless you can tolerate terrible digestive disturbance guaranteed to follow.

Heavy is relative to the person I guess . Normally I train 8-12 rep range
