    After the filming ended, the store continued to make
    Sausage making is so complicated
    first time i saw
    Start with Pork
    then ground meat with toppings
    Then use pork intestine skin
    Then slowly pour it into the pig intestine skin
    become the sausage we eat
    i can vouch for boss sausage
    Absolutely natural without additives
    The sausage flavor I ate this time is
    1. Red yeast rice 2. Spicy flavor 3. Garlic flavor
    Each has its own characteristics
    my favorite is garlic
    delicious for every taste
    The audience taste it slowly

    傳統肉攤的香腸,真材實料。不加色素是黑色, 肉的原色但一般人可能很少看過跟接受(過年都會買來吃)。絞肉加魚漿做出來的香腸不曉得如何,沒吃過也沒看過。每次看到生香腸都很想直接吃(應該是不錯)

      是真材實料,健康的好選擇,跟我們去老街或夜市買的不一樣呢!有些人可能會覺得太生,但有些人就愛這種豬肉的原味

      @@flyingmousefood 沒有自己做,是直接在肉攤請店家做,香料中藥行都有調配可以買直接交給肉攤。但現在換間了都直接買肉攤現成的。原本那間至少開了20年以上但已經關了!

      @@flyingmousefood 魔獸世界只聽過人家玩,我倒也沒玩過,聽說每個月都要月租費。因為肉攤老闆習慣不好,菸酒檳榔導致後面得癌症往生。

    上次拍攝製作肉鬆的那家店
    製作起香腸來一樣不馬虎👍👍👍
    絞好的瘦肉跟肥油混入獨家調配的調味料,攪拌均勻後灌入有認證真正的豬腸衣,灌香腸也是一門學問,灌完後在入機器烘乾才算完成,看了就想吃啊😄
    還有吃香腸要配蒜頭啊,兩者是絕配啊

      他們做好幾十年了,這個香腸的製程我一樣從早上6點拍攝到中午12點...
      很要命...他們每天都要這麼做耶😷
      腸衣是第三次清洗,香腸最重要的就是腸衣了,一次沒洗乾淨,客人就記住了!!!
      蒜頭絕配只是沒附,大哥果然是老饕,哈哈哈哈哈😆

    I make my own sausage here in Cambodia...I love Italian sausage and make my own for pizza or the grill...In Argentina chorizo is a National dish and so delicious.
    They have professional equipment and really know their stuff.
    You shoot fabulous videos.
    This is one of my favorites.

      Sausage is the national dish in Argentina? Sausage is very common in Taiwan!!! I wish I could go to film the factory's mass production of sausage and let you compare the equipment differences between Taiwan and Argentina.😉

      @@flyingmousefood Well, sausage is a World dish in various forms..the spices are the only difference.
      Charcuterie is the term in French ...Germans call sausage Wurst ...Spanish speaking countries Chorizo...
      The common salt and if used sodium nitrate are preservatives. This practice dates back the years before people had fridges...electricity...
      The equipment I suspect is the same...Your video they use the exact same equipment I used in the USA and people around the world use..The sausage grinder was electric...the old ones you crank by hand..People in the US make sausage every year from the deer they shoot in the winter. Venison sausage is very popular especially outside of the big cities. Everyone has a grinder.
      The popular home appliance Kitchen Aid mixer for making bread or cake..etc.. has a place in the front of the machine where the same sausage grinder is attached and instead of mixing you use the power of the machine to grind sausage..it even has an attachment tube for the casing/intestine or synthetic version.
      In Argentina they are a people of European ancestry. Spain, Italy and Germany mainly. Choripan is the National dish...The word is the combining of Chorizo..or sausage and Pan..which means bread.
      Chori-Pan..grilled sausage on a fresh bun slathered with their famous sauce Chimichurri....people set up grills along the streets and make them every day for sale or carts sell them..everywhere..So so good..
      I make sausage here with a small grinder...We have fresh pork at the market..
      You saw how she used shoulder and then added the fat...I usually use shoulder and add some pork belly I remove the skin from...$5us/kg here...great price....I make bulk sausage...meaning I do not put it in the casings...just make patties or chunks I grill or pan fry....
      Your video was outstanding.
      A large factory would just have bigger equipment ..
      The place you went has an outstanding product...and are true professionals..
      Siem Reap has its own sausage here in Cambodia and I have eaten Thai sausage for 40 years...
      Your videos sure are fun to watch and learn from or just see people do things I did back in the USA during my career.

      @@jeffmill999 Wow, you're very knowledgeable about sausages, although I don't understand most of it, haha. I've never had venison in Taiwan and don't know how it tastes. Uncle, you are really a great cook. If I have the chance, I really want to enjoy the sausages you cook. It must taste great. However, without putting the meat in the casing, can it be called sausage? I don't know.
      Thanks again for watching my videos, it's a lot of fun talking about food, although I can't talk to you in most situations, haha.

      @@flyingmousefood Yes, sausage not in the casings is called BULK...
      American breakfast menus have link or patty ...links are small sausages in casings and patties are small patties.
      Often times cooks will remove the sausage from the casing to use ...like on a pizza...
      Yes, food has been my life and I never stop learning for sure.
      Over here in Cambodia if I want Mexican, Italian, American etc. I just make it...French, Thai...Chinese..you name it.
      Over the years I have moved to what is call fusion..where the cook combines one country with another...I worked in a Japanese/French place with Japanese Chefs 40 years ago before I went to school. Those guys were why I decided to go to school.
      My sausage is nothing special...ha ha...I grew up with a lot of Italian Americans and their sausage is a favorite...the spice blend uses fennel seed ...which I think is an ingredient in Chinese 5 spice...
      Food is something everyone can talk about and share regardless of cultural, religious or political differences..
      We all have to eat..😁

    Given Costco Canada great hot dog deal of $1.50 with pop, I would rather have the Taiwanese sausages, except I didn’t realize that much sugar was added. Thanks for filming the production process and it hope it wasn’t another 8 hour session. Cheers

      Sugar is added to most sausages. Many foods need scallions, ginger, garlic, sugar, oil, etc. to season, I personally would not refuse😊

      酒味一點點,要看口味,印象中紅麴是有加點酒的但微微的
      紅麴微甜,紅麴味很重,我不是很喜歡甜的,或許喜歡甜味的可以嘗試
      蒜味一點都不辣,蒜頭的味道配得很剛好,是我個人最喜歡
      辣味的只有微辣,我覺得可以更辣一些,因為既然叫做辣味...
