I own x blade, gear shifting issue resolved after first service. Completed second service. I have done 600 kms recently, at 80 - 90 speeds 50 kmpl. Pickup is really good, competed with few cars :p

@@dhanasekarramasamy4328 Hi bro, for Bangalore city it would be awesome, turning radius is small so easily you could handle the city traffic.
For long distances, i have done 500kms on a day(during initial purchase) felt little strain. Recently i have done 300 kms(with pillion and luggage on tank) a day and 300 next day, as im used to the bike now, it was very comfortable. Occasionally 500kms its fine but for frequent such long rides i recommended minimum 200cc bike.

@@venkatr2611 I've heard many people complain about the gear shifting issues with xblade. Especially when slowing down in emergency situations the gears down shift well. Is this true ?
@@arhad0031 hi Arhad, when the bike was new, 1 st N, 2nd shifting few issues were there. Once first service completed, the gear shifting is very smooth.. no false neutral. Down shifting in panic situations also is smooth, no issues at all. 2nd service recently completed.

I use mine for early morning rides at 5am...the headlight spread of the Xblade is awesome.I would Recommend never take above 90kmph on highways once in a while 120kmph is ok but do it slowly if youwant your engines to last.

To be very frank.. I'm very happy with it..nice bike
And I'm easily getting 50+ mileage in city even before first service
Seats are better than xblade
Design is also far better
The only thing with xblade is its powerful engine and lights(especially rear).

@@bharathkumar2667 i am getting 47-50 kmpl, i mostly ride in city about @ 25-40 kmph because of traffic and still getting this good mileage. I tested mileage after first service. Bike is super comfortable and bike is always in controll. Braking is good, you know cause it only has twin disk model.

Both of them have well refined engines but at higher rpm x blade feels a bit more smooth.

@@arhad0031 I have owned xblade...and I have completed 9000+ kms...starting I faced few gear problems later after the first service it's now smooth and crisp...and Honda people also told me that till 1-2 service ull face a bit gear issues...

Both bikes are value for money, cause fz s has fuel injection, engine+safety sensors and twin disk all of this cause its 5k rs higher price than xblade(only 3k more if you buy non-S fz v3). i love both bikes but i bought fz s v3

Xblade is very good bike and eye catching in real but drum brakes is a big set back for modern bike. That is the real issue
@Jery Jeswin exactly i really love it its manly, comfortable and smooth but Drum brake is a big No.
@@v-feathershillvfh563 thats your wrong conception man ....honda wantedly given the rear drum brakes..if both the brakes are disc then the chances of brake locking during sudden braking situations are very high and it will let the bike to skid...its nice to have drum brakes rather than disc..its ok to go with with rear disc supported by rear abs...having only disc rear brake is not a good choice..

Good review. Though i havent ridden any , i think FZ better than Xblade or Hornet. The higher mileage u got for x blade is strange because it is 160 and fz is 150 and fuel injection . Also Fz has wider tyrea in front and back. Wider tyres means more control and comfort. X blade headlight better. Everything else fzs better. 150 cc is better than 160 for me. I don't intend to race. And likely to give more mileage
Forget the specs, take a test ride of X-Blade. It's awesome!!!!

Im owned fzs v3, its very good commuter and having overall performance... now a days iam facing problem on gear shifting, while iam shifting it feels like gear isnt shifted properly.. its so annoying... can u tell me the reason and suggest me a solution??

Don't use full synthetic oil in an air cooled engine. Stick with standard Honda engine oil. For the least, go up to semi synthetic. Ravenol 10W30 semi synthetic oil is better for Honda than Motul.

Fzs v3 gears are buttery smooth.it has better gear shifting than r15 v3.fzs does look like a bigger bike than most 150cc except the r15v3.

@@bhanuprakash4869 hi Bhanu, mileage is 45 to 50 city, 55 to 60 plus highway (70 to 80 kmph), max speed i touched is 90 but no vibration, led lights are good, handling and braking good. Pickup is great(if you are first time 150-160 cc bike user), seat is comfy for both rider and pillion(i have ridden 500 kms in a day), clutch and gears are butter smooth..

@@bhanuprakash4869 its a tough question, when i bought - version 3.0 was not released, i didn't like the seat, head light etc on 2.0 fz.
These were better on x blade.
Now between 3.0 and x blade, x blade has better mileage,pickup,
fz has back disc as well, etc.
Both are almost equal with minor pros and cons
So you take test ride, feel and looks which will impress you, select that one.. Take others advice but decide on your own

Both the bikes are good but after few years if fzs fi system creates a problem u can't repair it at local garages n also if switch start do some issues to start you dont have kick option again for that you have to push the bike and go for service centre ...I already face these problems with my fi engine bike ..
