When I don't recognize a seiyuu's name straightaway, I look it up to see which of their roles I know, and in this case I found Kotomine Kirei. Then I started watching the video and WHAAT his voice is so calming and kindly that it was unexpected, he sounds like a really kind, respectable and yet easy to talk to guy who would joke around with you. How amazing.
